I've never used this pharmacy, but I called almost every pharmacy in town and each one told me they didn't have my medication in stock as it was back ordered & couldn't really say when it would come in. It cost me a lot more than it would've elsewhere but I was desperate. The pharmacist could've made it really difficult as I know the other ones would've wanted to call my Dr and confirm my prescription since I hadn't filled with them before, but she filled it for me. I was really grateful! This looked like a really nice family pharmacy. Thank you to the pharmacist & the tech David for being so nice & helpful! I would def recommend this pharmacy to anyone!

Got to give it up for the folks at this pharmacy! Not only did they go out of their way to keep me updated on prescriptions and shipping details they conveniently communicated with me via text which is such a convenience! Thanks again

The people who work here are fabulous.!! Mr Francis is the best.! Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure u are comfortable and all questions are answered about any medications.! Love this pharmacy ?

Personable, efficient, no waiting, kind! Switched over from Kroger. At D& B you are treated like a customer, not a number! Wait while they fill your script!! I'd never go anywhere else.

The staff were nice, they went above and beyond to help someone. The only thing I seen that I found odd was the sign on the window of the part where they fill meds that said "sorry we are out of Oxycodone" which would be a pain pill. Found that odd to advertise.

The rep I spoke with named Malia did not know their own phone number, could not provide me the tracking number for the package provided. She seemed flustered and put a Dr. Frances on the phone that said the USPS website was “down” on their end, I’m on the USPS website - no surprise- it’s not down. I asked for the tracking number again so I could look it up myself, he said he couldn’t even locate it because it’s only in the USPS system. I asked when I would be hearing back regarding this since I made the payment for this prescription on the 16th of March. All I was told is “we have your number.” That’s nots a resolution and really doesn’t make the customer feel secure in their decision to go through you all. I truly hope you do actually call me back with an update and solution.Moving to 1 star because about 5 hours after the initial call they finally shared tracking on this package that was supposedly delivered a week ago. I never received it and had already paid $30 for my medication including tracking. When I asked what options were available if I could provide a new address or pay for more expensive shipping they legitimately responded through text “Nope” how professional.Below is the response I sent them “ Thanks I appreciate the update.It would be helpful for your customers moving forward if you provided the tracking up front so that situations like this can be avoided. Had I known the package had been delivered or was about to be delivered I could have ensured it was received. ”

They got my prescription last month and contacted me and got the money filled it mailed it to me this month They never contacted me They did get their money they've never sent me my prescription it's 12 days that I've ran out You can't contact the pharmacy The mailbox is always full so I think they're scammers They get you set up and then they never fill the prescriptions after the first time
