This CVS has a low review score for a reason. Very bad customer service, especially, the gaunt dimwit with glasses. I'm waiting in line and they take two customers waiting behind me. Do i mind. Yes. I'm not waiting in line for no reason. This worker is a moron with a power trip making up rules as he wants. Don't go here.

It takes forever to get a prescription. Once it’s filled, I waited inside while the person helping people only helped people in the outside drive-through lane then I went outside and sat in The drive-through line for about 30 minutes and still did not get my prescription. It is the worst place to pick up a prescription.

These people just don't care. Pharmacy is woefully understaffed. Once they closed the gate on my face to go eat lunch after I had been waiting to pick up a prescription for 20 minutes. Today, we sent in a prescription, which they were out of stock of apparently. Instead of calling us to let us know when they got the script in the morning, we had to go stand in line for 20 minutes to find this out at 4pm (after they didnt pick up the phone). Do you self a favor and go ANYWHERE but here.

Pharmacy is very poorly managed. Consistently understaffed, lines are long and move very slowly, staff is dismissive and rude. Don’t even bother with the drive-thru; the ever-present 3-4 cars lined up ahead of you can easily turn into a 30-45 minute wait. Seriously.

They don’t care and neither does CVS Corporate and don’t bother with Walgreens across the street it’s not any better. This is just the sad state of large corporate run pharmacy chains

Was stared down at the self checkout cuz the guy working thought I was going to steal. Stopped his stocking to stare at me from afar. As soon as my card went through he went back to stocking.

Worst CVS I’ve ever been to. I waited 30 minutes in the drive and there were only two cars. I got to the window and realized why. The young woman gossiped with every employee she walked past. I watched her hold my child’s prescription while texting and playing with her AirPods. The worst service and CVS. The whole pharmacy needs a new staff, ESPECIALLY the young woman working the window.

I had to pick up a prescription for a friend that just had surgery. I arrived at opening and the pharmacy staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They were mocking and talking horribly about patients/customers they didn’t like. They were using the customers full name when doing so which is a complete hippa violation. Even the pharmacist (a lady) was participating. At one point she stated “we don’t get paid to work until 9am so don’t even pull up to the drive thru at 8:59”. I was in utter shock. Do not use this location.

This CVs is HORRIBLE! When ever your in the drive thru or inside to pick up Medicine that is ready. You will sit on drive thru for 15+ minutes! Inside is no better! They are so unprofessional, I had to switch from this pharmacy bc they are horrible. If you can go to a different CVs please do that! NO STARS FOR THIS PLACE

If there was zero stars it would be for the pharmacy on the afternoon of January 31st I called to see if my script was ready. I was nothing but stonewalled saying the script was backordered with no clue when it would be in. I asked if it could be transferred to that store from another instead of going all the way across from the west side to the east side the tech said she wouldn't do that and refused. Which this has been done before. After the refusal the script was trashed all together Causing me to have to get a hold of my doctor and transfer it to a Walgreens this was carelessness and blatant disrespect of care of a prescription for a humans health reason. Mind you not this is the second time this same debacle has happened. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody in the area they will lose your script in your system on purpose. An individual like that needs to not be employed there and I willNever have a script filled by any CVS with how they regard their customers
