Too busy and overworked which results in poor customer service. Go somewhere else.

This CVS location has the rudest pharmacists I’ve ever interacted with in my entire life. Their phone system also takes you around in circles and won’t let you speak to a pharmacist. Will never return here. Save yourself some grief, and go somewhere else!!!

I dropped a printed prescription for my sick son before noon and asked they confirm they could fill it. They said yes and I was told the prescription would be ready at 4pm. I showed up at 4:05 and waited for 25 minutes in line only to have them let me know it would be an even longer wait but it was almost ready and they requested I drive around again. I said I didn’t really want to get in line again if the prescription was almost ready. After closing the window for another 5 minutes, they came back to let me know they actually couldn’t fill the prescription after all! I would have certainly gone elsewhere earlier in the day had they told me that they couldn’t fill it and now I’m stuck without my sick kid’s medicine for the whole night because I can’t find another pharmacy that would be able to fill the prescription on short notice before they close. Completely unprofessional, rude in telling me they couldn’t fill it, and ridiculously inconsiderate for a mom of a sick child or anyone who might need medicine in a timely manner.

Waited 11 days for insulin until I was forced to just go to a different pharmacy because I didn't have any left. I doubt it's this CVS's fault, but CVS in general needs to do better. Kinda unacceptable to have to wait so long for life-saving meds

RPH on duty on 08/11/23 is unprofessional. Dose not deserve to work in health care at all. Emergency Department pharmacy is calling on doctor line, and keep transferring to voice mail, without talking to hospital. Called to regular line and waited for RPH, RPH did same thing again. RPH dose not have any sincerity about job. Very unprofessional, can hear background noise but RPH dose not have respect about job at all.Dose not want to give any star but have to select at least one star just add review

zero stars! I just called this pharmacy to request medication information on a patient and requested to speak to staff instead of leaving a message. Literally, a staff member answered the line and began to speak as if they were the answering machine, while others laughed in the background. I do not have the words to describe this pharmacy.

I can never get in touch with the pharmacy. I have attempted to call 4 times. Updating my review to include that they hand up on you. They also love your prescriptions without telling you.

Talk about lazy and rude staff! Two women supposedly work there. One is on her cell phone out front when I arrived, and then migrated to a location near the cashier area plugged into power and still talking. I was looking for a heating pad and as I was looking through the aisles and noticed how disorganized the shelves where. Another woman worker wairing a mask was unpacking some boxes. I asked her where the heating pads would be. She says nothing to me and points with her finger in a general direction. Then instantly turns her back on me. Decided I wouldn't spend my money at this store and left....won't be back!

Instead of the staff telling me they had to order my daughters Alvesco from another store they initially lied to me twice, and told me that I didn’t have a prescription for it. The staff did that stare me in the eye look to intimidate, because I caught them in a lie. The pharmacist instead of intervening ignored the situation and let another staff member handle it, who was nice but was condescending all the same. The medication my daughter needed was for the maintenance of her asthma, which during this time of year gets bad, I am so disappointed that the First Lady lied and said She didn’t see the prescription for my alveso when in fact it was there but needed to be ordered. If my doctor had not told me how to handle the situation I would have been lost! Do Better! Period

They don't answer the phone for the most basic of questions. This is a post-pandemic issue. CVS cares about you - but it's the workers who don't care what happens to you.

This CVS is my local pharmacy; however, it has really gone down hill in the past couple years. I am assuming the once decent staff left during the pandemic. Well let me start with the drive through pharmacy...it sucks. At least hire workers who are professional. There is one employee, Adrienna that I hate when she's working the drive through window. Not only is she unprofessional, she will have you just sitting there for lengthy periods of time and doesn't care how long the line is. She will be at the window and if see she's a car drive up she will immediately walk away as if she's doing something. You literally have to ring the bell again for her to actually come and greet you. At first, I thought this was a one time thing...but quickly noticed does she does this all the time. To be honest the entire staff isn't the most professional. I have even had an appointment for a vaccination and they are never ready or on time. Also, when working with the public some employees needs to look a little more professional and not looking like they are lounging around their home. Will all that being said. CVS you have got to do better or provide more supervision of your staff.

I am truly upset at the way the pharmacy has no respect for peoples time. I called and the automated system said my prescription was ready however I had two different types of prescriptions to pickup. So I get there only one prescription is ready, the pharmacy staff failed to call me to let me know that the antibiotics I needed is out of stock so another pharmacy has to call them to get the prescription transfered. Now this can take more time because the pharmacy is closed from 12:30 to 1p for lunch and I'm here now at 12:20pm. Wow, I need my amoxicillin and have to wait until another pharmacy can get in touch with this pharmacy for them to transfer my prescription.Good job CVS pharmacy on not having good customer service skills. I have to wait more time and waste more gas to come back to get the prescription that was handed to you, at another place.Lord have mercy on people that don't have courtesy. Fill them up with all they need to treat your people good in every way.
