Absolutely ridiculous. Was told I could not use a GoodRx coupon that would have saved me $55 because I had to do it when I dropped off the prescription. How is this possible when the Dr. Office sent it in electronically. Very unhelpful clerks. Rude. Dismissive. Not even trying to assist.

This CVs is HORRIBLE! When ever your in the drive thru or inside to pick up Medicine that is ready. You will sit on drive thru for 15+ minutes! Inside is no better! They are so unprofessional, I had to switch from this pharmacy bc they are horrible. If you can go to a different CVs please do that! NO STARS FOR THIS PLACE

I appreciate Kayla in the drive-thru so much!! I was experiencing COVID symptoms and tried to get a PCR done at a different CVS earlier that day, but there were some issues with my insurance (which there always are because it’s through school) and the lady there basically said “sorry, can’t find it. Try somewhere else.” But Kayla took the time to look and actually find my correct insurance. Even though they were fairly busy and my situation was complicated, Kayla remained kind and professional the whole time.

If there was zero stars it would be for the pharmacy on the afternoon of January 31st I called to see if my script was ready. I was nothing but stonewalled saying the script was backordered with no clue when it would be in. I asked if it could be transferred to that store from another instead of going all the way across from the west side to the east side the tech said she wouldn't do that and refused. Which this has been done before. After the refusal the script was trashed all together Causing me to have to get a hold of my doctor and transfer it to a Walgreens this was carelessness and blatant disrespect of care of a prescription for a humans health reason. Mind you not this is the second time this same debacle has happened. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody in the area they will lose your script in your system on purpose. An individual like that needs to not be employed there and I willNever have a script filled by any CVS with how they regard their customers

The pharmacy staff is rude and takes way too long even when only dropping a prescription. The inside of this cvs is dirty and the pharmacy is so cluttered. I will be changing cvs locations. Also, the trash always looks gross outsid

Pharmacy always busy, always a wait I get it. But then you start having extremely rude sales associates at the counter, JOSE! You'll be talked down to, cut off when asking questions about your prescription and then rude comments made about you to other associates while you're standing there. Won't return, moving my prescriptions as I write this to the Walgreens across the street.

This CVS location is awful! Shelves are empty, store is a mess, not enough staff, and the little staff they have are so busy that most times you have to look for them all over the store! Furthermore the parking lot is filthy, and garbage cans outside are always full! A real shame, because the area is really nice ??

This CVS has received a great deal of criticism ( on Yelp ) for its revolving door of crass, offensive or hostile employees . Those particular CVS employees do not last long, as most lack the work ethic and people skills to work in any retail environment. However the actual pharmacy professionals that are at the Cooper lake/S.Cobb drive store are absolutely wonderful. The pharmacists and the pharmacy techs are knowledgeable, respectful and lovely people. They remain pleasant and helpful despite having to work with an endless flow of rude, lazy and obnoxious entry-level employees (as well as some of the public.)Being a longtime CVS customer I admire the professional pharmacy staff's ability to do such a good job day after day while surrounded by idiots.

Unprofessional, disorganized, rude. I made an appointment a week in advance for a PCR covid test required for travel. I arrived early to find out that the employee who administers the covid testing did not show up for work. Rather than acknowledging the inconvenience, the pharmacist told me to come back another time and reschedule then closed the window on me and immediately walked away. I understand that staffing is currently a pain for many businesses, but that is no excuse for rudeness or waisting others time. I am also curious how a drive-thru self administered PCR COVID-19 test requires anyone with more advanced skill than putting the collected sample into the proper mailer for the lab to analyze. Isn't that the point of self administration... Is this not something the incredibly rude pharmacist is qualified for? Maybe she didn't show up to pharmacy school that day. Whatever the case, CVS should replace the entire staff at this location as soon as possible. Not my first negative experience with this location.

I have been coming here for a few years and honestly I today will be my last. I worked in a pharmacy and can understand that dealing with the general public is hard and the system in place by cvs might not be perfect. With that said the general tone of my interactions with pharmacy has been extremely negative. It's appears as if they have forgot that they are customer facing and impacting people lives and they just think they are putting medicine in bottles. I just wish to be treated like a person rather than an inconvenience.

Wow. Just wow. This is, without doubt, the worst CVS I have ever dealt with. I just got hung up on because I took too long explaining why I Was getting bad service from them. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE IDIOTS. You will get jerked around and overcharged.

The worst CVS Pharmacy I've gone to. Why? Hours are ridiculous. It doesn't accommodate the transition of Smyrna becoming a very populated city. Closes by 8PM on weekdays and as early as 6PM on weekends. Definitely limited hours. One time, I was in stores grabbing a few items with the intention of picking up my prescription. No announcements overhead was made for customers inside that pharmacy will be closing. I caught them as they were closing and turned me away because they were "closed." Great customer service, CVS Rx at South Cobb!
