Waited 11 days for insulin until I was forced to just go to a different pharmacy because I didn't have any left. I doubt it's this CVS's fault, but CVS in general needs to do better. Kinda unacceptable to have to wait so long for life-saving meds

They don't answer the phone for the most basic of questions. This is a post-pandemic issue. CVS cares about you - but it's the workers who don't care what happens to you.

This CVS is my local pharmacy; however, it has really gone down hill in the past couple years. I am assuming the once decent staff left during the pandemic. Well let me start with the drive through pharmacy...it sucks. At least hire workers who are professional. There is one employee, Adrienna that I hate when she's working the drive through window. Not only is she unprofessional, she will have you just sitting there for lengthy periods of time and doesn't care how long the line is. She will be at the window and if see she's a car drive up she will immediately walk away as if she's doing something. You literally have to ring the bell again for her to actually come and greet you. At first, I thought this was a one time thing...but quickly noticed does she does this all the time. To be honest the entire staff isn't the most professional. I have even had an appointment for a vaccination and they are never ready or on time. Also, when working with the public some employees needs to look a little more professional and not looking like they are lounging around their home. Will all that being said. CVS you have got to do better or provide more supervision of your staff.

I came here looking for batteries and decided to take a look around. To my surprise, I found a rather large footprint store with a drive thru Rx and Health Hub clinic inside. This location is at a busy intersection of Spring Road and Atlanta Road.Inside, store was quite clean and large. Easy to go hunting around for something small. The Duracell batteries (CR 2016 and D size) that I needed were in stock, sort of hard to find for a small remote control so lucked out. They just bright out some candies and Easter food products. I really wanted some peeps but decided to hold off on the little yellow marshmallows for now. But lots of snack options here.Check out was painless. The staff person asked if I wanted to join the Care Pass program. I wasn't sure what it was but signing up gives you $10 bucks off. Might be worth checking out and considering if you go to CVS often. Pretty nice corner store for incidentals in Smyrna.

Pharmacy is terrible. Wait time is forever and staff is rude. Would not recommend

This CVS is understaffed and overworked, especially with the closing of two other CVS pharmacies nearby. Simple prescriptions electronically transmitted take an entire day to fill, and in today’s case were filled incorrectly. It is our consistent experience at this store that filling and picking up a prescription will never be easy, and while the staff is kind and friendly, it is apparent that they are working in an overwhelmingly stressful environment due to corporate policies and procedures. Fortunately it is easy to have prescriptions pulled over to the Publix pharmacy across the street.

The pharmacy customer service 1. Ignore the customer and they will go away. Don't ever give them eye contact or they may actually get their request in.2. Pretend you didn't get their prescription. This is especially helpful when they are about to close and you just spent 2 1/2 hours at the urgent care to get this prescription but now can't get the prescription filled.3. Tell the customer that you'll help them after they close and throw in a 'I promise'. This is a classic trick. Then yell at the customer and tell them that "you" stayed "late" for them to try to make them feel guilty. 4. Fake phone call. Pretend you're on the phone so you can't help someone. This is called health 'I don't care'

I had to transfer my prescriptions here due the other one closing up the road and I'll be finding yet another place to transfer them to. I had the worst experience with the pharmacy here , they all were yelling at each other when I walked up no one wanted to wait on me, not even a hi how can I help you just .. ya name. They called we're calling doctors stupid... I'm really stunned still this all happened. Very unprofessional environment for what should be very professional considering they are prepping medication. This store also needs some upkeep ... mold in the coolers .. will not be coming back .

What's the point of scheduling an appointment for a COVID-19 test if the tester is not present at the time of the appointment? Lack of professionalism and respect for others' time.

Pretty standard CVS. The parking lot is pretty tight. Nice to have one close to home, but I prefer the layout and selection at some of the other nearby pharmacies over this location. My biggest issue is the hours of this location. They close pretty early compared to other CVS stores.

This CVS is located at the corner of Atlanta and Spring Road and is our go-to in the area! While the store is your average size, the parking lot is smaller so be careful coming in and out of this spot. The store is always well stocked, organized and clean. They recently went through a minor renovation where the clinic area was upgraded and updated with check in desks, waiting areas and additional patient rooms.I have been here to be seen in the clinic, pick up prescriptions, medicine and other items. Each visit has been solid from entry to exit. Service is good here as well from the pharmacy to the front counter clerks, never an issue! As mentioned, this is our go-to quick service pharmacy in the area!

REVIEW FOR RAPID COVID TESTING ONLYThey call you & you go into the white hut, your vitals are taken, you take the test then wait in your car for another phone call. Then you go to inside to the minute clinic, they take some more vitals & give you your test results. They were very friendly & the whole process was easy. Overall it took about 40 minutes because a lot of people were there getting tested.
