CDE is the best of the best. My now husband purchased my engagement ring from here & loved his experience from start to finish. They are professional, kind, and knowledgeable! Not only has my husband shopped CDE but 7 of my friends husbands have purchased here with the same awesome experience. My now husband ( ) had the best experience at Cumberland Diamond Exchange. The staff are the most knowledgeable and professional in the ATL area and the customer service doesn’t get any better. Not to mention the quality of each piece they showed was exceptional and exceeded all expectations. We drive over an hour because you won’t find pieces or service like CDE anywhere else. Highly recommended!!

Mark & Rhonda are some of the best people we know and their staff is fantastic.Had fun with a couple of recent visits to get inspections & cleanings… and even updated my Wish List. Owners, Mark and Rhonda are wonderful people and their dedication to excellence is evident in their work The store is beautiful with options to satisfy everyone. They just designed a piece for me which consist of my diamond combined with my mom’s diamond. The pice is spectacular!!. Monique was wonderful to work with and had such great and unique ideas on how to combine the two. I can’t say enough about what an awesome experience I had using them to make such a sentimental piece of jewelry for me.

My mom and I moved here recently and she chose CDE. We hit the nail out the park on the first try. If you are looking for gifts of any kind of jewelry they have it. What an incredible local find! It had been 4 years since my last ring cleaning due to anxiety of bringing young kids into a jewelry shop. They welcomed our 2.5 year old with stickers and a lollipop, and before I could blink, my rings had been examined and were sparkling as bright as the day I got them. I look forward to returning when I'm next in need of an addition to my collection!

Helped with design for repurposing a diamond engagement ring - I now have a lovely ring with a new stone and a separate diamond necklace. They were great with helping me with the new designs and I love the new pieces and the workmanship. They are always so nice to do simple things too: cleaning jewelry, repairing jewelry and replacing watch batteries. Always customer service focused, and friendly.
