“Rented from here twice recently with no issues - once for a 10-foot truck and once for just a utility dolly. The process was simple but I recommend making a reservation for truck rentals and filling out as many details as you can using online check-in. The store also has several moving supplies available for purchase.
The customer service was friendly but I wish they'd move a bit faster. Additionally, I took a star off because they charge an "environmental fee" when booking but then leave truck engines idling in the lot.
Overall, I'd recommend renting from here but make a reservation and show up as early as possible.”
