Compass Academy has been a blessing for my child and family. They truly cared about my child’s development and education. During good weather, they made sure to take the kids out most of the day. My daughter learned so much. They have a curriculum for the kids and a calendar for parents to follow and check daily lessons. Ms. Drifa was so amazing and patient with my little one. Ms. Jeena, the director, is extremely accommodating and a beautiful person inside and out. I never had any safety issues or concerns. The center is very clean and spacious for the kids and gives off a homey environment. They made sure to update me with pictures, videos and notes throughout the day. My kid is a very picky eater and they allowed me to pack lunches for her as well. Unfortunately, I had to unenroll my child due to personal events, but given the opportunity, I would 100% enroll her again.

We were a part of the Compass community for four years. And what a joyful four they have been! Our child was given possibly the best start to her early childhood and development by the loving teachers and staff.The facility is always organized, neat and clean. And I have seen how diligently the staff adhered to sanitizing everything in these past few pandemic years. The school has a fantastic outdoor setup and all babies are encouraged to be outside and play and explore. That was my biggest draw to the school. They have consistently worked at upgrading the facilities. New air filter systems were put in when the pandemic was raging on. The backyard was upgraded when it looked like it is safest to have children outdoors to keep them healthy. They were always on top of their game.Your child is also provided with good nutritious food. There is a vegetable garden where children are encouraged to grow what they will eat. When my three year old was munching on the kale chips she grew, it was quite a memorable day that she kept talking about. The classrooms are well designed and organized. They follow lesson plans for the older children and help with stimulating activities to keep children curious.A special word about the people running this place - they are qualified and experienced, hardworking and willing to learn, and above all - kind and empathetic. No wonder, my toddler would just run to the door and wave at me during drop off! I will always have a special place for Jeena and her team in my heart.Give this place a chance if you are looking for a great childcare option.

Compass is hands down the best daycare in the area. We started our son there at 8 months and by week 3 he was reaching for his teachers every morning during drop off! Trusting someone with the care of your children is a hard decision and everyone at compass made it so easy. The staff is amazing, the owner is heavily involved everyday and you are always kept informed with what’s going on, photos of your children, what they are, etc. There is truly no better daycare to trust with the care of your child!

We have sent our infant to be cared for and are so happy with the decision. Everyone has been so kind and open to communication. Jeena and Ms Emily are fantastic! We highly recommend parents for their childcare.

Very organized, well planned out curriculum and their app and group chat makes everything communicative and transparent. Jeena, the owner, is hands-on, knows everything and everyone attending her academy. My 2 year old son loves this place with it's creativity, outdoor lifestyle, recycling activities and diverse peers and teachers... and so do I!

This is an excellent Preschool and Childcare, where works real professionals, who have a big and kind heart. My daughter did not speak English when she started going a group. Despite this, she was very comfortable and she walks with joy every day. She has found new friends and pleases us with her creative work. We really like that teachers talk about holidays of different nations, arrange holidays and theme days

Compass is truly a special place. It is evident that the staff loves and genuinely cares for each child, you can feel that love as a parent. After touring countless facilities they were the only daycare I felt I could trust with my teeny tiny newborn baby. The facility is very clean, well organized and well managed. I would recommend Compass to any and everyone, they truly make it easier to go to work as a parent and have the peace that you're child is truly being nurtured and well taken care of while you're away from them.

This is where you want your kids to be. And you’ll know it too the minute you walk in the door. The teachers LOVE my children (like more than I do at times haha). I know this because my girls are so excited when they see their teachers. Jeena, the owner, is so communicative and involved. And I feel like since she’s the owner she’s invested more than staff at these other franchised daycare factories. It’s super clean and well maintained. They also spend a lot of time outside which is a huge fan of. There is literally nothing I would change about this place.

We cannot say enough about our experience at Compass Academy. Jeena and team do a fantastic job of providing a nurturing, fun environment for children to learn and grow. The facility is always clean, and the staff is consistently looking for new ways to enhance the childcare experience (garden, new playground equipment, etc). The business operations also run very smoothly. Wonderful place!

Compass academy is an amazing place for kids to be every day. It’s super clean, organized, has tons of outside space. Literally a dream daycare. What’s best is the home-like environment. Ms Jeena seems to treat the kids exactly like her own. I came in one time and my daughter had fallen and was upset. A lot of people would’ve (understandably) just said “you’re ok, keep playing!” but Ms Jeena was holding her, trying to distract her and it made me realize— I would never find a better place for my baby! They serve great meals, and they use apps to keep you updated on your child’s day. Really well run place.

Compass Academy was an answer to our daycare prayers! After shopping around Smyrna, we found Compass Academy through a friend's recommendation and couldn't be happier. The atmosphere is great for our 3 month old and I am comfortable knowing he's well taken care of and loved. Jeena has been fabulous to work with, and truly makes the experience feel personal. They also have some GREAT technology that lets me get a sneak peek into my little one's day before I even pick him up. As a new momma who misses her little man, this has been amazing. We even get pictures of him some days during the day! Highly recommend Compass Academy to anyone out there looking. :)

Compass Academy is just wonderful. The nightmare of finding a daycare as a new mom is so stressful. Please take time and tour and meet the team. Jeena and the Compass Academy teachers are amazing and took away that stress. Obviously I wish I could be home with my son, but that's not an option and Compass was the best choice for my family!!!
