I’m usually not the type to do this but this is by far the worst daycare I have ever used. From day 1 there has been issue after issue. To start every single day I pick my child up something has been wrong that wasn’t reported to me until I arrive she has been bit in her face left soiled in dirty clothes when we take extra clothing it’s just getting ridiculous at this point. This place is very unprofessional no one here is held accountable for anything. The teachers aside from 3 of them are very rude and disrespectful and what topped it off was when they fired a teacher and her husband was able to break into the building while school was still going to curse several teachers out. If you want your child to be in a safe environment I highly suggest you look elsewhere.

We’ve been a part of the Childcare Network family for 3 years now and have witnessed a lot of change in that time - but one thing that has been consistent is that our daughter has been blessed with teachers who love what they do and have made her feel comfortable and supported. She enjoys the teachers and they are assertive in teaching the 3-year-old class a strong curriculum. In three years the school has increased communication with parents, adapted to make the center more like a children’s school with art on the walls, fun events and interactive for parents to meet frequently with teachers. I cannot sing the praises of Ms. Frances, Ms. Melani, Ms. Dee and many others any higher. Twice my daughter moved up to a next age classroom and the teacher moved with her. I cannot emphasize how great that was for her development and comfort. At a small age it’s hard to adapt to new teachers and I think this has really helped our child thrive. The best evidence is that we’re sending our next child there as well.My main reason for giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that there has been a bit of front office turnover. I have gotten to know all of the directors very well and I will say Ms. Regina has done a really great job in evolving the school. We were happy before she began growing the curriculum and now we’re even more confident. The consistency of teachers assisted a feeling of stability. I would definitely recommend anyone needing childcare to consider this center, it’s been wonderful for us.

I can't write enough good things about this daycare. My children transitioned from a different daycare, and best decision I made. My kids wake up excited to go to there. My son wasn't speaking much and the difference in his speech has been mind-blowing. They treat my kids like their own, and that's all a mother could ask for. Mrs. Regina has done a tremendous job running the facility and there day in and out!

Our son has been going to daycare since he was three months old, and he always did it pretty well. We started at Childcare Network Conyers, and this year, we moved him to Childcare Network Smyrna. Both locations have the sweetest staff. We love how cute the Smyrna location looks and how attentive Ms. Regina (the director) is, and most importantly, we like to see how great our son is developing over there, and we feel comfortable leaving him there while we need to work.So far, the only thing that I would like to have improved is the following:- Media/pictures. We got only a few, and most of them were during the eating time (seated around the table).- I would love to be able to check in/out on the front desk computer (my husband or I forgot to check him out days ago, and since that day, we are not able to use it again)Childcare Network is an excellent daycare solution, and Smyrna is the best location!

The management continues to change on a monthly basis, which means that the payment policy was never consistent. This is an extreme inconvenience as management continues to coerce us to with threats of sending us to collection.

I was very hesitant to start my child in daycare. She was 3 months old when she started and is now 8 months old. Since day one she has been treated like family. Every teacher that she has been in contact with loves on her and every other child in the facility. From the moment the children walk through the door they are greeted with excitement and that makes a difference in how children respond to their day. Childcare Network is more than just a place to watch your kids during the day it is a place where children learn and experience new and exciting things every day. My child even at 8 months gets excited to be at school and around her peers and teachers. I would recommend this school to anyone ?

My 2 yr old daughter has been enrolled since 4/24.. she has had a black eye ( they didn’t even notice) a busted lip and was not wiped at all on multiple occasions. Do to my schedule I was able to pop up a couple of times during her time enrolled and the kids were standing all on top of tables and stands. My daughter loved going to GODDARD didn’t have any problems dropping her off this school I had to have someone get her attention so that I could slide out without her noticing. On one occasion the infant teacher was outside with her class and tried to assist but my daughter rejected her so her told my daughter she was RUDE.. I checked that immediately my child is not rude she doesn’t like your energy and your comments proves why. They don’t teach the kids at all my child NEVER came home with any arts and crafts the alphabet is even on the wall there. It’s basically just a play day for the kids all day. I don’t know if GODDARD spoiled me because we worked together to make sure my child experience was good but NEVER again for childcare network. This was a desperate move for the time being but I NEVER stop searching for her another private school. Luckily we didn’t have to wait to long my child will not be returning.

My daughter has been there since she was 2 thru pre-k. They were very caring, the teachers were very interactive and valued my daughters education. Because of their help my daughter seems to be on a 1st grade level.

This school has certainly turned around since Ms. Regina took over. She has been with this location for maybe 3 months and demonstrated phenomenal leadership. The school has been cleaned up, repaired, and redecorated. There are now email communications so busy parents can stay in the loop on school activities. There is obvious reconstructed administrative organization. The school no longer smells like mold after some water damage in the back... Ms. Regina handled that in the very first week she was there. It seemed like previous management didn't care about how the school looked. Dropping my son off at this school was uncomfortable and cold because the front office looked nothing like preschool. Now that Ms. Regina is there, she completely turned that around. We are so thankful for the new management and administrative staff. Places like these certainly need a new vision every so many years and this school was way over-due. Ms. Regina and her staff are still working hard to repair so much damage from previous management so I know it will only get better from here on out.

Lots of potential for this place to be a great, but this school lacks quality, integrity, safety and professionalism. My specific complaints are dirty floors in hallways, offices and classrooms; water on floor near water fountain area; lack of fresh food options; no application of Bright Baby curriculum; incompetent, untrained teachers; no teamwork or cohesiveness in day-to-day operations; unsupervised and unhygienic classrooms; and tardy teachers.I constantly had to ask if things would be done, like cleaning outdoor debris from the floor and wiping tables in the classroom, wearing shoe covers and proper supervision of the children by management since there are no cameras. I also noticed many dirty and deteriorating toys to which I was told there was no budget to buy new ones. Each time issues were brought to light, they were excused or pardoned. At one point, I was even laughed at. I guess customer service is another thing lacking. Other issues for me were the use and re-use of the same foot covers without washing. The Director also parks her car near the very front of the building, which blocks other parents' cars from being able to park.In one instance, one of my child's teachers, who happened to be pregnant, admitted that she did not know to wipe front to back when changing a female baby! Having a female baby in her class did not bring me any comfort or confidence that she (and other teachers) knew exactly what they were doing. The teaching staff (6 wks.-12 mons. class) always seemed miserable and when I mentioned the Director's attitude to dismiss my many issues, they agreed that she was passive. Many mornings I was late to work because the teacher was late opening the class.I kept a positive attitude, was respectful, patient and polite. I even spoke to the Regional Manager & TCN headquarters to no avail. I felt like no one cared to acknowledge anything. The final straw was when I brought my child to school one morning and walked into the classroom only to find no teacher and another child holding an ink pen terrifyingly close to her eye. When I found the teacher in the back room doing laundry and notified her, her response was unbelievable! She stated that it was okay because the children would be learning to write soon. After bringing this to the Director's attention, she laughed and said the situation was surely not funny, but the teacher's response was. Nothing about this was funny to me, but hence, this was the attitude of the Director. She also became very loud, rude and told me that I should not move my child from her school because she was "thriving". I was also told to leave here office and later received an apologetic email.Ultimately, childcare centers are businesses and institutions of learning. They should bring comfort to your children; be a home away from home full of love and acceptance, not glorified baby sitting. Our children depend on us to protect them, educate them and show them how happy they can be in this amazing thing called life.Knowing my child is worth more, I have since left and found a place where my child can truly blossom and "thrive", and it is NOT at the Childcare Network! God bless them and I hope that they begin to look at the many real issues that are happening with truth, introspection and honesty to give their attending students the quality experience they deserve.

This facility is absolutely amazing! My children love the staff. Even though my son isn't the most social child they make him feel comfortable. He's began to communicate more with others since attending this daycare. The Director is amazing! Ms. Lisa is so sweet and helpful. Ms. Jackee` is a jack of all trades, plus her tour blew me away. I would highly recommend enrollment for children of all ages. I love the security and warmth within the entire facility. Childcare Network is truly "The working parents best friend.".
