i like Chase Bank but this location is the worst ever. ive had a private banking account for the last ten years. The location is under staffed and the private banker isn't friendly. I normally have to drive all the way to the Cumberland location to receive proper service.

If I could give this bank a negative zero I can tell you that their polices have earned this ranking. Banks like these and the many other commercialized banking systems are the biggest PIMPS in the world. Case and point, you get a check from an account holder that has been banking with them for years... they wrote you a check (and I am not a member/account holder of this bank) and they want to charge a $10.00 fee! Let that sink in... they have billons of dollars that they invest account holders money. They make money off of this, like a TON of money. And then they turn around and want to charge a fee from their customers who walk in with checks to cash. Its GREED. And we allow it to happen. It could have been digested a little better but when they ask you how can they help and "policy" puts them in a position to take advantage of you- well that's a problem and the line needs to be drawn for future references

Horrible experience at this location today. I came in to make a cash withdrawal with my ID and was told funds can't be withdrawn because I didn't have my debit card. I don't use a debit card at all. The fact that someone can come into their bank of 14 years and not be able to withdraw their own money after properly identifying themselves is absurd! Definitely moving all my accounts elsewhere.

Horrible experience with Chase Bank. I was recently forced to change checking accounts due to a data breach at my company, and my wife suggested Chase. I opened a chase online account with no problems (at first) until I tried to, you know, use my money to pay bills etc. It kept getting declined with little explanation, so I decided to go to the branch location today. I just found out that my checking account was first restricted, and then closed with no notification. The teller, initials abbreviated PC, had zero ability to tell me what happened. I would be forced to open an entirely new account with the on-site banker, who was booked up until later in the following week. I immediately withdrew all available funds out of saving (which was still open) and got out of dodge. Now I have to wait for a cashiers check to come from Chase so I can get the money back from my checking account. To top it off, I now have to change all of my direct deposit information AGAIN. Ridiculous and poor banking and customer service experience. My business will be taken elsewhere.

Great customer service every time I've visited. And because Yelp requires a longer blurb- I always apologize for coming in sweaty from the gym down the road, but they just respond by complimenting my workout.

This Chase location is very inconvenient due to the fact that there are never any ATM receipt papers available for print and NEVER accepts deposits.

The bank itself is just regular. The customer service is hit or miss. I had a great experience with Marcel who helped me open a second account, but when I called a few weeks later with questions, the lady one the phone was rude, short and had an attitude. She did not answer my question and was not helpful at all!

Nice staff but the drive thru ATM is regularly out of cash or disabled. This location also lacks the inside "teller machines." I prefer to use these machines because they are inside the bank, have large withdrawal limits and you can pick your bills. The staff is very nice but if you need to speak with a banker come early...

So sick of this bank! I once raved to the high heavens how great chase once was. They offer me an "exclusive" credit card, I take it, and I make my son an authorized user. Every time he attempts to use the card....DECLINED! every time I use the card it's an issue and DECLINED! Associates with chase have told me 6 different excuses why this happens when the bottom line is they don't know or claim it's for our protection of fraud. Imagine buying groceries getting hit with a decline KNOWING YOU HAVE A LOT OF AVAILABLE CREDIT!! Imagine black friday shopping and your purchase is declined, AFTER YOU CALLED AND SPOKE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPLAINING ALL THE STORES YOU WOULD BE GOING TO AND THEIR ZIP CODES BEFOREHAND!! Like 2 days beforehand!! And guess what still declined, I call customer service and raise holy hell!! Guess what lipservice they tell me, sorry Ms. Misfit but we did it for your protection, now if you could come into a branch and verify your identification we will remove the fraud alert. **snorts** I see why people go postal!! I totally understand now, imagine going to the branch 6 times within 4 weeks to get fraud lifts taken off, on top of paying a substantial amount to pay off your balance. This credit card with chase has been a nightmare! This experience with chase has moved them from 5 stars to 1
