Chase Bank does not do well with communicating on a personal to person level via the telephone. No one answers their direct lines either. I do not have this problem with my credit union. It is really pitiful and frustrating as well.

Have called multiple days at multiple times of the day no one ever picks up the phone. Had to physically go to the branch to have my question answered to which I was told they couldn't help me with ordering currency.

They just…suck. They put a hold on any deposits over 50 cents, never have a “licensed banker” on-site to open a new account (not that anyone really wants another account with Chase), and charge hefty fees for everything. But, they’re a bank (e.g. a leech) - off of us is how they live.
