Their exchange , return and refund policy is the worst! They make it difficult and less likely for a customer to become a repeat customer. The clothes are dated and atmosphere and attitudes appear a bit stale. With online service at your door, cheaper pricing and better selections, it just makes perfect sense to shop at places like fashion Nova and Shein! For sure!!

I just want to give a shout out to Elizabeth,Doris and team I receive excellent customer service today when I tell you those ladies were phenomenal and represented Cato well. Corporate should do something for the ladies. You don’t get service like that anymore . The service I received was worth mentioning Elizabeth ask if she could start me a fitting room I said sure without hesitation never made me feel like I was a bother she paid attention to all my needs and Doris checked me out she is such sweetheart so inviting. There was another lady on the other side who pleasantly gave me a compliment. I urged this company to do something special for them so deserving. You would have thought you were in a high end department store the level of service I receive and for that I am extremely grateful. I take my hat off to you all Outstanding

Compared to 2 other catos this store had nothing on their clearance, I can go into Decatur, and Conyers those 2 stores are the best with clearance. However Conyers and Decatur, off Wesley Chapel, Customer service is dry there no love, but great sales with lots to choose from. The Catos here on Veterans Memorial, the sale girls were engaged in deep conversations and was trying on shoes while I was there. Other Catos the ladys just be in deep conversation, I never witnessed them trying on shoes until last Friday.

Chandler was awesome. My mom requested a hold on some slacks at the Dallas, GA store. When I went in the next day to pick them up they were the wrong slacks, color and size. They were unable to find another pair in what she was looking for. Chandler heard me say that we had an order coming into her store from the online system and looked me up after finding the correct slacks in a bin! She tracked me down and I was able to pick up the slacks we were seeking for my mom today. Chandler rocks!!
