We purchased a Suburban from them exactly a year ago. car has been having engine issues. But due to distance and preference of another dealership (because of the way sales, and managment treated us when buying the car) we ended up having the service done at another dealer. One day on the way home the engine went out and car had to get towed to the nearest dealership available. Then capital refuses to release our warranty that we paid well over $3,500 because this repair is a (high repair ticket, more money) so now I have to pay out of pocket for estimates and towing just so this dealership can make more money doing the work. Keep in mind I have previously had the warranty released to this is exact same dealer that I am at now for something much less in $value so they let it go. So what I have learned is that capital will do anything to make an extra $ than making sure that paying customers are taken care of.
I spent all day trying to reach out to Quinton Manager.
I guess it's good to be a GM because he doesn't have to be at work until end of the week. in the mean time I paid for a warranty that is as good as my Monopoly money.
I figured the only way id get some response would be to put up a review until someone reaches out. Thank you capital GMC FOR YOUR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE (that is sarcasm if you didn't get it)

If I could give zero or negative I would. sales and service department are a complete waste. they tell you what you want to hear before the sale, and once the sale happens it is all fairytales. do not trust these people all they care about is the sale. DO NOT BUY WARRANTY FROM THEM ITS A LIE!!! do not waste your time here. what kind of GM is not available on a business day. service manager doesn't answer the phone. I wish the owners of the dealership knew how this people are burning their reputation.

Disappointed My 2019 2500HD Denali had a 5 year / 100,000-mile drivetrain warranty and at 5 years and 3 months and only 48,680 miles it had an emission related failure. I was simply told its out of warranty on time. Wow I bought and had the truck serviced there even though I was charged over list price on parts on my last trip to the service dept. The Service Manager did call me personally and was supposed to reduce the amount and of course when I picked it up this morning it was what I was quoted previously. I will not send or give this dealer anymore of my business.

My 2020 Trax broke down this past Thursday. After difficulty with other GM dealerships I called Capital for service Friday. Roddy took amazing care of me and has been in contact since I had my car towed there. He explained the situation for me and got me all set up for success and a loaner vehicle. During a stressful time Roddy made it 100x less stressful. Any issue I have going forward or any vehicle I need to purchase I’ll be sure to come to Capital. Thank you Roddy

The service is great, and it's easy to make an appointment online. However, I don't like that they pass a 3% credit card surcharge onto the client. I'm not sure if this is common practice elsewhere in the U.S., but other places I've been to don't pass this cost on to customers. For a business that makes a significant profit from their services, it seems unreasonable to charge clients for a standard 3% credit card fee. Customers might start paying in coins, and they staff have to spend hours counting it since that’s their right if they want to avoid the surcharge.

I have been servicing my 2013 GMC Denali at Capital Buick GMC for years and have always been pleased with their service. I'm probably jinxing myself by saying this, but I just hit 160,000 on the odometer without any major repair issues, which certainly is a result of the solid and trustworthy work of Capital Buick. I have worked almost exclusively with Radi Rafaillov over the years and he is always helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure things go smoothly.
