Terrible experience. I visited this location on 10/4/24 and am very disappointed with my experience. I have had a Caliber Membership for two years now and as of late I have seen a shift in the service and quality. This visit was most noticeable. I entered car wash around 9:15 - 9:25 am and when I entered the wash, I first asked the attendant for the hanging car freshener that they hand members when entering the wash. She quickly said they did not have any. Okay, I just let that go assuming stock will be available next time. When I exited the wash and parked to clean out my car I noticed they had not placed the towels out to dry my car. I immediately walked of to the two ladies attendants that was on site and one said they are in the dryer drying. She then went on to say they had to order more towels and it’s been over two weeks and they still haven’t received them. She also said they are suggesting that we bring our own towels to clean with. My mouth dropped. Are you serious? I have been a member for years and have never seen this. For one, there should never be just washing towel’s after the wash has been opened. Those towels should have already been washed and out by 9:00 am. I am assuming that there is new management because this was never an issue in the past. Very disappointed. If things don’t improve for the better, I am canceling my membership and going elsewhere.

Washes are sometimes inconsistent and the payment machines can be finicky. Overall the staff is nice and it's convenient
