Owner is very unprofessional they stole money from my middle console and we had to call the cops I do not recommend visiting this establishment as a customer. It was an extremely unprofessional experience, the worst I have ever encountered. Proceed with caution if you are considering a visit!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! I'd give this poor excuse for a business zero stars but it won't let me. The owner is rude, hostile and arrogant. He tried to price gouge saying my car was dirty so he was going to charge extra. And this was halfway through the service. I took my car back immediately. Who brings a clean car to the wash? He then got upset and slammed my car door to display his anger. Based on other reviews, this place will be closed soon.

The guy who seems to be supervising is horrible he is actually actively looking to scam you and will try his best to get you… if you don’t agree with him he will ask the staff to leave your car and won’t hand over your keys till you pay him what he demands!! A lot of folks who have left reviews are absolutely correct, won’t ever stop here again! Scam Alert!

This post prob won’t make a difference because there are so many other bad reviews and experiences from others at this place. However, to add my experience, I have been going here for the past four years. I’ve never really had an issue up to this point. I got my car washed yesterday evening and when I got home, I realize that they did not put my floor mats back in my car. I went up to the car wash the today after work to see if I could retrieve my mats and I was told by the manager to never come back. I was so confused, lol. Needless to say, I will take him up on his offer and never come back. But I just wanted to document his rudeness for others looking to use services.

Rip off, they have a price board with the prices. But at the counter they want to charge you more money then what the board says. I know they do a decent job, but the price on the board is what you should be paying.

This place is a joke and a scam. If you want to wait several and I do mean several hours then come here. I dropped my car off at 2pm on a Saturday, my son and I got a haircut, ate, took a nap and they were still not done with my car. They don’t ask what you want. They charge everyone $35+ depending on how “dirty” your car is. That level of dirtiness is up to their discretion. The owner is a vile little man who does not communicate. Please find somewhere else to go and spend your hard earned money.

Horrible my car is dirtier after the wash then before my car is covered in dried up white water spots. And that looks horrible on a red paint. Terrible car wash

***DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS*** I had been coming here for YEARS and never had an issue until my last visit. It was so bad I had to call the police. The owner is a very rude, nasty and disrespectful man. I'm not sure what is happening in his life to cause him to display such a hateful heart. I had to call the police to the location. I arrived at 6pm and at 7 pm no one had even touched my car. It was getting late, I was hungry and others said they had been there for 2 hours. I asked him how long it would be before someone touched my car he said "I don't know, just wait" I said do you have an estimate of how long this will take? I also asked if they could do the outside and I could come back the next day to do the interior. he said very nasty "its real simple you have 2 options you can wait or leave." I said I am not leaving I came here for a service and I have waited an hour. He said he didn't want to touch my car and wanted me to pay him for the exterior when they didn't do any detailing. I called the police. apparently the cops are irritated with him you could tell it was not their first time. The dispatcher asked are you at bubbles carwash. She knew immediately. I had witnesses to the mans nasty attitude and lack of customer service they spoke to the police as well. Please don't come here. You work too hard for your money, and have better things to do with your time than argue with someone and be spoken to like this from someone that you are trying to patronize. Spend your money where it is appreciated. This guy needs to turn over the business to someone else or sell. I think the service has gone down so much because he clearly mistreated his employees and they don't have as many anymore. I feel bad for those who work for him.

After my first visit to this hand wash car wash, I had the most terrible experience of my life. Initially, everything seemed fine during the wash, but when I got out of the car to collect my belongings, I realized I had left my phone inside. Upon returning to search for it, I couldn't locate my phone. I approached the young lady who was cleaning my car, but she had difficulty understanding English. I then spotted a gentleman walking around and approached him without realizing he was the owner. I explained that I had misplaced my phone and inquired if anyone had found it or if there was a lost and found area. He responded, "I don't care, look in the trash. We don't steal around here." I was not accusing anyone of theft; I was simply seeking assistance. His demeanor quickly escalated to yelling at me, prompting me to feel so uncomfortable that I had to contact the police for assistance.
I do not recommend visiting this establishment as a customer. It was an extremely unprofessional experience, the worst I have ever encountered. Proceed with caution if you are considering a visit!!!!

I hate giving bad reviews, but this was exceptionally bad. Waited a while to get a wash (which was on me because there were 3 cars ahead of me). No one asked which package I wanted (why have a menu of services??), and then they just had me park after the wash and no one ever returned! I waited over an hour just for them to finish the outside, but my car just sat and dried completely while they were working on other cars. It’s the *complete* lack of communication that’s most frustrating. I guess the wash is okay, not great. Will not be back and I regret not reading the other reviews first.
