I’ve had bad experiences at previous places where I could tell I wasn’t the ideal customer because of my budget. I had the most amazing experience at The Sentimentalist! I would never know I was going with the “cheaper” option. My stylist was thoughtful and listened to my critiques with incredible knowledge of what stylists they had and what options I would like. She even pulled something that I didn’t love on the hanger and it ended up being the dress I said yes to! I highly recommend for any budget bride that’s been given the cold shoulder at other shops.”

“So grateful to this bridal shop and my amazing consultant Autumn!!! After a disappointing experience at another shop, I ended up getting an appt here and I’m so glad I did. I was allowed to look through dresses and find what I wanted to try on. There were a few dresses I tried on and liked but the last one she had me try on was MY dress. Fit like a glove, just a tiny bit outside what I wanted to spend ($1k) but so so worth it for the quality of the dress. I couldn’t be happier!”

“My parents and I came in on a busy Saturday afternoon (with no appointment) to find a MOTB dress. We were immediately greeted by a handful of wonderfully kind women who notably checked in on everyone in the waiting area multiple times. Once we were able to start looking/trying on dresses with our sales associate, Kat, my mom was having a dream of an experience! I had no idea what style I liked but Katie was so patient with me and helped me narrow down my options. They had plenty to choose from. I’m sure they have dresses of every style. And, when I picked out two features I liked on two different dresses, Katie explained how I could transform one of the dresses to be exactly what I was picturing. In the end I said yes to the dress!”
