I love Bojangles food. They are personally my favorite chicken fast food. I came here because this was the closest one by my house but I REGRET I did. First off, the cashier was just rude and rushing me. It was no one in line with me. I ordered 2 simple meals. The chicken crust was coming off. The mash potatoes had no gravy. The biscuit was hard on the bottom. The only thing good was the drink. I had to ask for napkins and utensils. She threw a wad of ketchup and jelly in my bag. Just careless. I hope this location isn't someone's first impression of Bojangles. If so they probably won't ever eat at one again.

Ordered a hot choc from the Gas Station shop next to Bojangles and it was like someone tried to make tea with chocolate. It was so watery it was transparent with a slight brown tint. It looked like pond water. Not buying again.

THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS GHETTO AND TACKY AS HELL! They gave me 30.00 of INCORRECT FOOD . Then proceeded to argue with me and act like they wanted to fight me because they took my food and refused to serve me ! Absolute mess I'll be contacting corporate about it also!

This Bojangles is connected to the BP and sits directly on South Cobb Drive just about 50 yards from 285. I have been here a few times and all of my experiences have been via the drive thru. While I am not a Bojangles regular, the craving for that steak biscuit with a side of gravy just gets to be too much sometimes, so I have to roll up and hop in that drive thru. Speaking of drive thru, be prepared to wait. The drive thru itself runs the length of the building, both Bojangles and BP, and it is always full of cars. They keep things moving for the most part, but if you dare come on a Saturday or Sunday morning...you in a for a treat and I hope you brought your patience and a full tank of gas. As mentioned, really the only thing that will bring me to Bojangles is that steak biscuit and on more than one occasion I have waited in that line to only find out that they are out of it...which is absolutely heartbreaking, but I have to adapt and overcome so depending on time of day I could switch it up to the chicken biscuit or the chicken tenders. Outside of the occasional inventory issues, the service is just "meh" here. I come for the steak, not the great chat, but y'all could be a tad bit nicer...

My experience was far better than most people on Yelp. I was wanting something good to eat, not healthy, but good. I love an egg and cheese biscuit from Bojangles. I rolled into the drive thru about 1:00pm on a Sunday. I placed my order and was eating in less than a few minute. My food was fresh, and they even included napkins in my bag! I have no complaints from this experience.

Paid $38 for a "Family Feast" that was to include 8 pieces of chicken, 12 tenders and 3 sides +8 biscuits. Order came "sealed' in a large bag instead of the usual Bo Box, you know ..... for my COVID protection.... When I got home (25 minute ride) and open bag, we were missing the 8 piece fried chicken box. The tenders were soggy. The biscuits were good as usual . The sides were awful. The mac and cheese was palatable but the mashed potatoes were more white gravy than potatoes and bland. I don't even know what to call the dirty rice. I share the picture and so you can decide. Worse than the picture was the taste-we had to toss it. Called 4 times to the restaurant but only got their answering machine because they were too busy serving bad food. Called the next day but... you guessed it, no answer. No point in driving 25 minutes back and waste gas to get the 8 pieces we were stiffed. In their defense, I should have opened and checked the bag contents since this was the 3rd time that this location had stiffed something from my order. I was fortunate the two prior times to catch the mistake before driving off their lot. WEIRD ...... they always err by giving me LESS than more?!?! I can't speak for all Bojangles but PLEASE be advised that this location is terrible. From now on, I will stick to KFC, Churchs & Popeyes for my fried chicken fix.

I drove 35 mins bc 2 of my the Bojangles closest to where I live both closed sadly as I am a huge everyday eatin lover fan! I arrived at this location at exactly 9:32pm and tho it says they are open till 10pm(online +on the front door) they are closed!! All lights still on in drive thru and 1 inside as well but I yelled at the speaker "hello" (as I'm sure we are ALL familiar with saying for multiple reasons thru the drive thru speaker); but with no response. So I took to the front door while calling a few times;however, again no answer or answering service, nor voicemail; so I could express my confusion which turned into disappointment. So to this location of Bojangles.......BOOOOOO!! Operating hours shouldn't be your operating hours and if changed then post online such as here on Yelp or even on your door of your place of business. May help To shut off drive thru lights 2. So wouldn't suggest going to this Bojangles as they already have proven to be non-consistent and have poor service.

Listen, this is not about to be your friendly neighborhood yelp review. I'm writing this for our entertainment only!! I knew this Bojangles was not going to be up to CFA standards, however, I was really tweaking for the steak biscuit and my 6 year old wanted a chicken biscuit. So I fought through the jungle of large metal animals and 2 legged Homo sapiens to get a little piece of heaven. It took about 15 minutes, but we made it. The sandwich wasn't consistent with other times I had it, but it did my body UMM UMM GOOD!! But the best part of this visit was the sign that read "THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING BOJANGLE'S. I HOURS HAVE CHANG DUE TO COVID-19 WE OPEN MONDAY-THRU-FRIDAY FROM 5AM TO 9PM AND ON SUNDAYS WE OPENING FROM 6AM TO 9PMPER MGMT"If management wrote this sign, then they need to throw away the whole team. I waited in line so long, I could've driven home, typed a grammatically correct sign, printed it out, got back in my same spot, and replaced this one. And yes I know you're probably thinking why didn't I just make me a steak biscuit at home. Well I can't. Wish I knew how, but this is why I'm a yelp Elite because I like eating out and talking about it. Nonetheless, I hope you received as much pleasure reading this as I did writing it.TIP: stop using a BROTHERS WORD PROCESSOR and use a windows computer, or grammerly, that will edit before you print.

I was so delighted this new Bojangles opened not 3 miles from my house! I liked this chicken much more than Popeye's. But alas, this Bojangles is just not ready for primetime. More times than not, I paid for an order I did not receive. I should just ask "What do you feel like putting in a box, today?" It is always a surprise if you actually get what you ordered. I have called the manager more than one time about this. I live close enough to come back with my complaint, but that defeats the entire concept of drive-thru and fast food. Evidently the menu is just a suggestion, or maybe a concept board, because your order is NEVER as described. Of course, this could just be part of a dyslexic challenge I didn't know about. I had to write this time because I ordered the 3 piece dinner with southern wine, otherwise know as sweet tea. The tea was not only weak, the teabag had broken open and my cup was full of groung up tea leaves. Ugh! I am so disgusted. And did I mention the prices have increased by nearly 45% on EVERYTHING! I'm hitting pause. My new air fryer is getting all of my business now.

The gentleman who runs the gas station, is just a really kind, warm person, always is nice to see him at the start of the day.
