I have done a few appointments here. The last one really made me decide I'm done with this place. I had set up my $135 base to root and haircut appointment with a blurb and a photo reference about what I wanted. My stylist didn't review these before the appointment. Then offered to do half of the dying due to time, their next appointment starting at 4. I totally understand not having time so I agreed to half. But then my stylist was notified that their next appointment was here, due to start at 3. They left me for almost an hour and asked an intern to wash out the product. The intern did their best but got shampoo in my eye. When my stylist returned to me, they adjusted my cut and applied another layer of product which stung my scalp. They forgot to tell the intern not to scrub my scalp. Then their next appointment arrived and I was left to process again. After a while, my stylist, who did show concern about the stinging, washed out the product. The intern was brought back to blowdry and style my hair. And I left around 5. I was charged $50 for my appointment going long, $70 for filler and gloss that I didn't ask for all on top of the $135 for base to root color and haircut that I thought I was getting. I added a top of 20% because my stylist was going through a lot and I typically do my 20% for the specific attention to detail from my stylist. At the end of the day, I got half of my hair colored, was charged for a long appointment, and I spent $300 on what I thought would total out to be maybe $200. I won't be going back.
Update: I got my overtime charge refunded after the staff contacted me. They were very nice about it. I appreciate the customer service

Today I came to this salon and everyone was very friendly. My husband and daughter were able to sit next to me while I got a cut. Katie did exactly what I asked for with my haircut. I had called 5 different salon and their customer service was none existent. I didn’t even get calls back. When I called Bob Steele I was greeted with a lovely receptionist and she immediately booked me in.

6 hours for a full foil Blonde and charged me $254! My hair looks worse than when I went in! You should be ashamed of yourselves! I kept saying over and over you’re doing it wrong! I have yellow, brassy and black hair all in one!

Stylist: Courtney did an excellent job understanding what I wanted, making recommendations and then perfect styling. This was my first visit and I will continue coming back to her.
