I am attempting to get information about Geek Squad at this store and or perhaps buy a new phone. I call the number, wait on hold for 6 minutes and I am at some centralized global call center with a bunch of yammering in the background. She said she could not pass me to a person at the actual store. I have spent THOUSANDS at Best Buy and they get another dime from me.

Customer service is superb. A young man helped me get my tv in my car and I was so greatful. He was super sweet.

Saturday March 9 around 5:30 Smyrna Ga store. All the employees were great until I meet the checkout girl. She was terrible with an attitude that may me feel unwanted in the store. Stayed on her phone didn't care if I purchased the product or not, then completed the transaction wrong. She did not care about that as well. So I returned the product and canceled my purchase. Talked with the on site manager who was very helpful with my purchase. Also seemed to know what a terrible employee he was dealing with. Best Buy if you want a great customer experience you definitely don't want that employee in your store.

Great customer service. I had to return some batteries for my car Fob and I lost my receipt. The Customer Service Manager was very helpful and looked up my receipt.
From there, The Geek Squad employee helped me by placing the batteries in my Fob the correct way, and it is now operating.

I purchased a cooktop here over 2 weeks ago. They have scheduled delivery and installation
4 different times. Each time I waited for them to come. 3 times they didn’t show and did not call to cancel. Today, the 4th time, the installers showed up, but did not have the cook top?!!!! I’m sitting here in Best Buy, the manager, Kevin, says he can’t help me. He has no control?! They took my money!!!! Who runs a business like this?! I can’t get anyone on a corporate line to help?!

This store sold me a $12000 dollar HP envy laptop with bad hardware . HP has taking 2 months to honor the warranty and has not sent out the box to fix the device . Now I am out of a work computer, I work from home and I heave been extremely inconvienced . It started messing up right out of the 2 weeks window . You have to pay an extra 120 dollars just to have the right to return it in 30 days . Ridiculous
