Shelby was my therapist. She was excellent! Very skilled and knowledgeable. I am so grateful for how much she helped me get rid of neck stiffness and pain. She is the best!

I have repeatedly used Benchmark as my place to go for physical therapy because they have an outstanding team and truly care about your health and progress! They put the patient first and work with them to achieve their goals. personally didn't work for me as it didn't help my chronic pain, no fault of the staff who was very kind, however incredibly upset over the fact i was told my appointments (of which i did around 4 of) were going to be a flat 50 dollars per appointment (which i payed each time i went) to receive a bill today OF OVER 400 DOLLARS, i find this immensely shady and absolutely will not be recommending this chain of physical therapists to anybody

I was not a believer in physical therapy. I thought it was just stretching, but it's much more than that. At 47, I came in with knee and hip pain which made me not want to workout, which made me put on weight which made my problem worse. Benchmark told me the pain was likely in my back, so they targeted stretching and strengthening my lower back. After 1 week, I felt good enough to exercise again. After 2 weeks, I was back to working out twice a day. After 3 weeks, all my pain was gone and I was discharged a week early. Benchmark knows their business and they are super friendly and patient. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy.

Silly me thinking making an appointment meant I should show up at the agreed upon date and time. I made my appointment weeks in advance, specifically choosing a time and date that worked with my work schedule. Upon arrival at my appointment time, the office was closed because they were on holiday hours, according to the sign on the door. This was never communicated to me. After waiting in my car for nearly an hour for them to open, the receptionist told me that my appointment had been rescheduled to the following day. I also received no communication about that change and I'm certain because I know that day of the week they'd proposed wouldn't work so I would've never agreed to that. I also checked my voicemails...and nothing there. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

My Physical Therapist, Steven Hightshue is awesome. He built a specific plan of exercise videos for my therapy. When I visited Benchmark Steven would watch over me to make sure I accurately execute exercises and stretches. Benchmark and Steven put me on track to healing and a healthy body.

The staff is professional, experienced, and personable. They are very knowledgeable, and the shoulder protocol of exercises has decreased my pain, increased my ROM and strengthened my shoulder in less than a month of treatment! This is my second experience with BenchMark, and I highly recommend them!

This is the second time in 10 years that I trusted Benchmark Vinings with the rehabilitation of a sports injury-first for an ACL tear and this time for an Achilles tear. Dr. Stephen Hightshue provided a great amount of attention and care to my injury and was able to get me back to a point where I can do all of the physical activities that I was doing before my injury. I highly recommend the team at Benchmark Vinings for any PT needs!

Can't say enough about the entire staff here! Coming in after total knee replacement I was treated with great care, empathy and understanding of my road to recovery. I was treated by wonderful PT's Nikita and James who were patient but also challenging which I needed. Shelby, their PTA was equally as helpful and great to work with. Josh their PT Tech is a great young man working his way toward PT School and Donatella, the office administrator was always smiling and helpful with my insurance processing and the flexibility I needed in my scheduling. I'd recommend this office to anyone!
