Ruined my clothes. They burned the fabric on an expensive shirt, which I didn’t see until I started to take the clothes off the hangers. They did not press out a cotton shirt. When I asked about it, the guy blamed the fabric. It was cotton!!!

I've been coming to this cleaners for many years and the service is very nice. It is nice to know my clothes are in good hands and that they will be taken care of in the process of dry cleaning. It is also a major plus that they are eco-friendly which I imagine would not be easy for a dry cleaners!

Awful. Ripped a large hole in my Brooks Brothers shirt. Charged me normal price for all my clothes. Pretended not to speak English when I was complaining. Understood me loud and clear when I asked what I owed him.

I used to love coming to this cleaners...they always did a great job until recently I looked at my ticket and realized they had charged me for long dresses when they were short. I immediately bought it to the attendants attention and he changed it; but I couldn't help but think, "what if I had not looked at my receipt"; and I wonder how many times they had done that in the past. I also noticed on my black garments a white film shows up as time passes as well as I can clearly see the dirt buildup. Whatever they're using to clean my clothes obviously isn't a good product and for that, I've stopped going. Good cleaners are hard to find.
