If your hours start at 9:30am why aren't you here and open at 9:30am? I drove all the way here because this was the only store that said it opens before 11 on a sunday. Think again if this is why you are patronizing this location. They won't open on time. I will be waiting till 11 for another store now.

Came in here looking for a nice human hair curly wig. The wig attendant wasn’t helpful at all! She scrolled on her phone the whole time. She did pick up the wigs in the places i couldn’t reach but THATS IT!! She claimed you can only try on one but since it wasn’t busy i could try more. They didn’t have the wig i wanted in stock and i didn’t want the display. The other wigs were nice but kind of thin. I went for a half wig because that was the next best thing. When i grabbed another wig to try on she finally did her job and told me no i have reached my limit. Mind you there wasn’t anyone else in the store that she was helping. I was going to buy that wig too if it looked right. I hate poor customer service but she was young and probably judgemental because i didn’t look like “money” Everyone doesn’t wear their money. Google me. I work for a law firm! I’m not a thief or broke… I stil purchased my half wig , a pony tail, and some other items because the foreign men who OWN the place was pretty cool… Plus i didn’t want to stop again. I will never return to this beauty supply and i don’t recommend anyone going for a wig because the service is horrible!!!!

I have been using this company for years. Today 9/29/23 I return three products for my daughter due to the products not having olive oil in it. The product were purchased on 9/27/23. The owner said two of the products were used one time. It was from the same product line, shampoo, condition and leave in spray. The owner exchanged the condition. I would advise anyone that by from Apple Beauty Supply to measure all products against other to make sure is filled to the top.

Do yourself a favor and go down the street to Atlanta Beauty Depot. They are black owned and the customer service is A-1 very kind people. The reviews you are reading about this store right here are very true indeed. I just experienced it for myself. Think we’re lying? You will see for yourself. I dare you to record your experience

I will never patron this establishment again. Black women keep this establishment and many like it in business. I went into the store looking for edge control. I greeted the salesman, and asked if he could point me in the direction of the product. He stood behind the counter and proceeded to point and say, “Here.” This continued multiple times. I was unable to see his finger from behind a display and he spoke to me in a belittling manner, each “Here” more aggressive than the last. I said to him, “ I was unable to see your finger. Why not come from behind the counter and help a customer in need?” I have visited this store often. Never again!Black women do not have to be spoken to this way. We don’t have to shop in stores that are riddled with products meant for us, yet our likeness stripped from their windows. We do not have to pay into markets that exploit our beauty practices and disregard us as human. Buy black. Buy from your own communities. There are black owned beauty supply stores in Smyrna GA. Spend your money there.

I have been going to this shop for 18 years. I just bought a pair of Andis trimmer’s fresh out the box few hours ago it’s worth $76 after tax. This item is damaged I need my refund or a new set of Andis trimmer’s immediately furthermore.

I really needed to get to a beauty supply store and the ones I normally go to were closed or mins away from closing. I arrived at the store around 8:00 (thirsty mins til closing). This was stop one of two-stop Uber ride so I wasn't gonna have very long to shop anyway but I knew what I needed anyway. The man at the counter greeted me and let me do my quick run through with no issues. I'm always nervous about being rushed or constantly reminded that a store is closing soon when I come this close to closing time, but he didn't seem to have a problem.Everything was stocked nicely and super easy to find so I only needed a couple of mins to get everything I needed. I also found this item that I had been looking for EVERYWHERE but hadnt found until now. I had given up looking for it, but when I found it here I quickly snatched it up. I didn't get a chance to see everything they had, in particular the wigs. That's why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5.When it was time to pay the guy at the counter asked me how my night was going and proceeded to tell me about his when I returned the question. He was very friendly. I payed what I expected to spend and everything was quick and easy! When I come back, I'm gonna check out the entire store and since I like to browse, I hope there will be no issues.

The store appears to be well stocked but I found myself uncomfortable to shop due to the clerk constantly peeping at each aisle I entered. It would have been a different experience if one would have asked if I needed any assistance. I am a woman of age so I could imagine how the younger generation might take this. CUSTOMERS ENTER at your own risk.
