Can someone please call me back from this location specifically Ruth the branch manager. I have a problem with you denying my employees from getting their check and making them void it out. You are not authorized to make my employees write on their check because you personally think they are doing fraud. That is not policy, and it shows some prejudice that you make them write on it since you think it is fraud. Then you lied saying the checks were a different color last payroll when they were not. All the other branches let my employees cash their checks, and your the only one that made them void it out. Also persuading them to open accounts to cash and/or deposit is wrong and selfish. These employees work very hard all day and deserve to have their checks honored and not declined by some lady who “thinks” it could be fraud. This is not the first time this occurred this happened last payroll and if you really cared about the safety of my accounts you would call and verify like every other branch but you said you don’t have to call me. Not only are you being selfish your being lazy by not taking an extra step to give customers good service. Please someone call me back from this branch because going forward there will NOT be any further issues honoring checks to my employees. Thank you. The Spanish lady at the front desk is a racist to black people. This will be the second time I have undergone this nasty behavior from this woman!!! … she said she couldn’t take me and take the next person at my back because the man was Hispanic! I walked out. While waiting for my wife…, I met someone outside saying the same thing!

The best customer service! The manager and the teller are phenomenal. I can't remember the teller's name; however, she was terrific. She helped me set up my business account with Apple Pay. I am a small business owner, and I wanted to pay my two employees without having to sign up for ADP. This young lady took the liberty of assisting me. It only took her 5 minutes. This was my second visit to Bank of America that day. She made my day! I’m so sorry that I forgot your name. But I appreciate you!

I appreciate the staff at this branch very much!!!I had a previous experience at a branch near my house where they did not know how to help me. I came here and everything was taken care of beautifully.Then, today… by mistake I went to another branch and once again…. They were not helpful. Of course I came here next. I am about to leave happy with my business taken care of.Thank you to the well-trained staff for doing their job and be willing to be extra helpful. The other branches should follow their lead. Of course, the branch here could benefit from adding more employees on key days.

The ATM is consistently out of service, making it impossible to make deposits. Additionally, there is a shortage of parking spaces near the exterior ATM.

I was there to do a personal transaction and they only have 1 cashier for personal and business I was there good 48 minutes just to be able to make it to the window there was 3 people up front of me when I got there not bad on the personal line, but there was people coming in on the business line and they obviously go first ,the manager and other people in the front walking around with no sense of urgency just greeting people and walking around thinking we have all the time in the world I been with back of America for 19 years with my business and personal but it’s getting worse by the day so I’m done with them.

This is not only about the bank but it is about Juan Venegas who is the greatest and most helpful employee. He spent lots of time with me, sharing several intelligent options and was more than descriptive as he walked me through each one. The Management in Smyrna needs to recognize him as an outstanding and valuable employee. What a terrible experience waited in line for almost an hour and half. They only had one person at the desk. Not only that they had a customer who had a bunch of money but instead of them opening up another window they did nothing manager walked around until 5pm then he decided to help I will never be coming back to this bank an will be changing banks terrible terrible service!!!!

I arrived at 8:57am to find a line of 16 people waiting for the bank to open at 9:00am. At exactly 9:00am the security guard, Jason, let the people enter. Ruth asked each person how she could help and directed them to an account manager or to a bank teller. I explained to her that I was purchasing a car and needed a check to buy the car. She suggested that I get a cashier's check. The bank tellers were very efficient and processed the customers quickly. Jessica helped issue a cashier's check for me so I could purchase a car. I was in and out in 18 minutes. Jason, Ruth and Jessica were very friendly and professional. They all should be commended for their great service especially during this challenging Covid time.

I opened a checking/savings account on Saturday. I checked my balance the following Thursday, it said my account was locked. Gave me a number to call. I called to find that I had to take my two forms of ID into a branch to verify my identity. I went into this branch, where the teller here told me it was frozen, wrote down the fraud number to call to handle it. I called the fraud department who told me the teller was supposed to be the one to call in order to verify my info. I go back into the branch, and she continues to tell me all they can do is close that account and open a new one for me, but they themselves couldn't do that because they were too busy. Why would I want to open another account if I've had the run around like this? I set up my direct deposit info for work on this account, and now I have to wait 7-10 business days for my money to be mailed to me via check. Money that was previously available to me but I had to have a minimum to open the account. I find all of this incredibly unprofessional, and I understand having appointments and being busy, however, handing me the phone number of someone you are supposed to call yourself and then having the teller and fraud department try to shove the responsibility back and forth was gross. Terrible service. I also waited on hold for 20 + minutes today to speak with the fraud department again to make sure the account was being closed.

i made an appointment to get a debit card, it took 3 weeks for the day to come, and now out of nowhere its closed on the appointment day. now to wait another 3 weeks ??♂️
