I went for a regular pedicure from Mr An. Everything was OK until the end. First he didn't put any lotion on my feet or a massage which I believe is standard practice after a pedi, I had to ask for lotion. Then, showed him that one foot color looked lighter than the other and instead of putting another coat, he puts tops coat which will obviously not rectify the problem.

My experience with Bally Nails has been great every time. From the moment I walked into the salon, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism.
Sonya is a true gem and so genuine. She is amazing and her attention to detail is truly impressive. My nails have never looked so flawless and they are durable too!
Overall, my experience at Bally Nails has been nothing short of exceptional. If you're looking for a salon with an inviting atmosphere and talented nail techs, look no further. I'll definitely be returning for ALL my future nail needs!

The staff here are great! Very reasonable prices and excellent service. Got a gel pedicure and manicure and they both look great. Will be coming back in the future!

They never have any availability the first time I went they was late opening and then they only have one person open I tried to try them again and they still didn't have anybody

I went here from out of town. Booked the appointment through their website and was able to go in and sit down immediately. Brian did my nails. He did a great job took his time and the shape was perfect. Definitely will be coming back!

It says we take walk ins but when I arrived to get a simple pedicure I was told I needed an appointment or I would have to wait 2 hrs sucks for them I found a great salon with great customer service

I drove all the over to this place to get serviced and was told once I arrived that it was appointments only they could not service me, mind you it does not say that on the website or Google maps. I asked the lady is that something they could update if it's appointment only and the young lady proceeds to say well our REGULARS know that. So I asked do you only service regulars? because at this point that's what I'm getting from the conversation. She stated I could have called and I stated I didn't see the need to call because I didn't see where it said appointment only! Very rude and not willing to help!

Do yourself a favor and go here. You must book an appointment but it is worth the wait!! They are sweet, professional and you always come out feeling like a million bucks ❤️ I see Linh but they're all simply wonderful

Was hoping to find somewhere that could do natural nails well and this place didn't do a good job unfortunately. I went here twice with two different techs from the review recommendations. First one removed more than my cuticles I had a bit of blood and didn't shape my nails well. Second one cut too short, didn't shape well, left air bubbles. Second time I came here I noticed a few things: nail fan area is dusty, nail polish area dusty, even the plant is dusty so I'm sure they don't keep the place very clean. Place is so small techs don't have a break room and they should so not sure if they have a designated time to eat properly.

My daughter made an appointment and was turned away by a rude staff member. As well as being told she would still be charged even though the salon refused her service. Maybe it was because she is a young BLACK female they didn’t want to service her. Inappropriate and unprofessional.
