My oil change took less than 45 minutes which I really appreciate. The service was great and I will continue touse them for my car needs. I highly recommend them,especially Nick.”

The technician did an exceptional job and took his time inspecting my 2019 Mercedes S560 4matic The service advisor was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the process and letting me know how it worked. I drove 30 minutes from Fairburn to get this alignment and I’m satisfied. Will definitely go back when needed. At the end of the service he showed me the print out and the corrections that were made. “Everyone complaining about Chang needs to relax. He is literally holding down the fort and doing the repairs as affordably and effectively as possible. Don’t come to Car Connex for a soft hug and cup of sunshine… come to them because Chang is honest, he gets the work done, and won’t break your bank! I knew there would potentially be communication issues on the phone so I drove up there to have the estimates done in person. I offered patience and open mindedness for how busy he was and Chang took his time to listen to me, assess and offer solutions with no problems. I will continue doing business and refer everyone I care about to him!”

“CGA saved my pocket and week... I went there for a second opinion on my transfer case being replaced and Sam Steed got me the right diagnosis. The first shop I went to wanted to replace the transfer case that would have ran me over a thousand bucks. Thanks to the great techs at CGA, that wasn't the problem. I just needed a new U joint. Sam tried 2 that were pre manufactured for my vehicle and neither one worked to his standards, so he had one made the same day bringing what would have cost me a lot down to 150$.. It is perfectly balanced and now rides smooth as glass. Thank you for your honesty and dedication in getting my Infiniti like new again.”

“This is the only place I allow to work on the AC on my car. It's a '72 Cutlass, and they always take excellent care of it. I've owned it since 1996, and I only recently had to bring it back to them since the first conversion to R134a, because some of those parts finally wore out. They're honest, straightforward, and meticulous. And they don't only work on old stuff; they can handle new cars, too. They also converted my wife's '91 Nissan pickup, and it's never had to go back to them; it just works. I can't recommend them enough.”
