Always willing to help out DIYers over the phone with small stuff, and aren't like most shops that always just default to telling you to bring it in. I really feel like they just love to see Miatas on the road.I had a service done there recently, they resealed all of my oil leaks and the car is PERFECT. Hasn't leaked a drop. They also buttoned up some minor issues that I didn't even ask them to do and they didn't charge me for. These guys just love Miatas! Cannot recommend them enough.”

“We had a problem with my door not lining up after getting into a small accident. The car is my daughter’s and it is a bit beat up already. We did not care how it looked but it needed to function. One of there technicians, Steve fixed it in the parking lot with a towel and pliers. He said there is no charge just happy to help. I will not take my cars anywhere else if they ever need body work.”

“I had the BEST experience at this location. I was given a time frame of 2 weeks before my car could even be seen by a tech and my car was ready for pick up in 1 week. My service coordinator was Shamoni and she was on point about communication. I even entertained the thought of trading in my vehicle and Jack at sales was really helpful and informative while giving me the option to do it all from work/home per my request. I live and hour away from this location so I can’t imagine having to go back and forth like I have at other places. I appreciate the people at this location for their professionalism.Update 12/18/23:I had to take my car back 2x after I was told it would be in running condition. However, they worked diligently to make sure the issue got fixed and it was mostly a waiting issue outside of the dealer service department. I would recommend this dealer to friends and family.”

“I would love to say that my pet peeve was addressed from my last visit…. They have spruced up the waiting area with a magnificent coffee station (Starbucks) and have placed the waters in a nice fridge. That in itself was worth five stars!Next big thing I arrived at 10 ish and was told I needed an appointment - I was sent in to make one and was told they had one for 1 pm so I accepted and had my hubby to pick me up. “I did call the Wade Ford Service center. The Service Manager was busy at the time, but I spoke with an advisor Kelsey. She listened patiently to my situation and promptly set me up a new appointment to have my truck serviced and one of the recall updates done.She came out and picked it up personally, and returned it to me in less than 2 hours.They could only do one of the recalls because the part for the other one still wasn't in.She promised she would keep a watch for the part and let me know when it is available and would make an appointment to get it done in the next couple of weeks.I still can't give the full 5 stars because they did drop the ball the first time.If I could, I would give Kelsey 5 stars. She was polite, professional, courteous and genuinely concerned that there was a problem to begin with.Thank you Kelsey, you have no idea how much stress getting this taken care has relieved me of.”
