We get upset at times when dealing with price increases but must realize it is not them raising the prices. We sometimes get upset but must realize too that they are humans and trying very hard to accommodate their clients In working with Robin, Keely and Valerie, I find them to be very courteous and willing to help us get a better understanding of our policy and willing to offer options as well. I don't think they are the cheapest but in my book the customer service is superb!! That and their honesty is what has kept me with them for over 20 years. I am one of their biggest cheer leaders. Not only is my car insured with them but my home as well. If you are unhappy about your policy or price increase don't take it out on the agents. Be kind to them because they are doing their job. You have a choice to find someone else but for me, I know what I have and I am very satisfied!”

As I said in my previous review, I'd never had any issues with them until recently. To the Waggoner family, you have my deepest sympathies. And to Ashley, thank you for assisting me with my request. I will be praying for your family during these difficult times.Been with Waggoner for many years. I've had no complaints until the last year or so. Last year when my premiums jumped up almost $600/mo with Grange, and then this past week as I haven't been able to reach them by email or phone to cancel our auto policy. We obtained new auto insurance on July 25th, but since we had paid up our premiums thru 8/11, I wanted to have prior policy cancelled and request a refund. My phone calls have gone to voicemail all week and the emails have gone unanswered with no kickbacks of "undelivered." I noticed another reviewer had complaints of "no contact" about 3 weeks ago, and I don't know of any phone or Internet issues that take a month to resolve. So, what's really going on & should we find another agent?”
