“Recently had my Telsa Model Y windows tinted and the installer accidentally scratched the metal frame around the driver's side window. I worked with the location manager Alex who handled the situation swiftly - I was able to get a repair quote from Tesla mobile service and sent the estimate to Alex. They refunded my credit card shortly after to cover all the repair costs. Could not be happier with the work quality and customer service. Highly recommend and will return again.”
