I asked for something specific, the guy decided to give me something different out of his own judgment! He redoes it a 2nd time and again decides to offer not what I asked for but yet again not exactly what I asked for because he’s not able to do it but feels that’l be ok! Not ok! If you can’t duplicate what I walk into the store and ask for! Tell me!

From the packaging, to the DTF vinyls, to shipping everything was done to my liking. Designs on the website are nice as well and updated frequently! Would recommend as they’re black owned as well!

Do Not Use For Next Day or Same Day DTF!!The facts are• on Friday before 12noon they were told DTFs were needed for Saturday• said no problem and sent the link to pay $25 NEXT DAY FEE• called Saturday morning to check pick up time and was told they don’t make DTFs on Saturday• also told that I should have been told that NEXT Day would be Monday not Saturday• I stressed that I could have used someone else had I been given that information and I needed them for Saturday night, the kind associate on the phone tried to express that to mgmt. but to no avail, they refused to honor what their employee said. Never expected that from a local business that I have used for all my vinyl needs for years. I was given a refund but that didn’t help me with my 4 tshirt orders that were needed that evening.The 2nd star was for the young lady that really tried to relay what was an obvious opportunity to right the wrong of their employee.- The order should have been printed Friday, since it was paid for Friday.. oh well.. don’t risk your rush orders not being fulfilled.

The shipping was quick and the right product was delivered. The length was short and the cut was at an angle. Crooked and short are indicative of sloppy work. Not a big deal but not high quality. 1 star deduction for no attention to detail. It was also very greasy. Note handprints in photos.

Our business has ordered a few separate custom gang-roll orders from Atlanta Vinyl.The first order, we were confused about the order process, because the website would re-direct us to a separate page after making the custom design.We were contacted by Atlanta Vinyl's support team within 24 hours to confirm our order. For the next few orders, I included a detailed description of exactly what I am planning on ordering in the "Notes" section of the order, and they have been right on the money every time.We are not prone to leaving reviews for many companies, so please put attention to the sincerity of this review. We have ordered about four or five times now, and every order has been on our front step within 5 business days of ordering, and not one order has been messed up, damaged, or incorrect.5 out of 5 stars, would give a 6 star review if possible.CHOOSE ATLANTA VINYL!

This was the first time I ordered DTF transfers. Staff was very helpful and guided me through the process. Transfers were on the way the next day. Very satisfied.

I’m the kind of person who always reads reviews, but never takes the time to leave them. This company deserves a review. My first experience with creating a gang sheet had me quite nervous. I was so unsure if I did it correctly, so I called and talked with someone who was able to verify that the image looked correct. I was so pleased with the final product. The video was perfectly done to teach me how to make the sheet. Fast forward 5 orders later. There was a small issue with my order. I actually figured that it was my mistake as it seemed it could have been. The rep handling my situation thoroughly checked into it and found the mistake and made it right by express shipping my item. That’s what a good company does and I really appreciate them. If you’re looking for high quality DTF transfers, give this company a go.

I have enjoyed every print I have received. The couple times I’ve needed help, they were very quick responding to emails.Calling them was much quicker.I highly recommend them.
