Dr. Klopper is a wonderful dr. He has several degrees in mental health. He has been treating me, several of my siblings and friends for many years. I know it sounds like we must all be crazy but far from it. We have all rose above a very difficult childhood to make something of ourselves. Without Dr. Klopper I know that would not have been possible.Thank you Dr. Klopper and Arlene plus your wonderful staff.Mattie

Doctor Klopper is amazing if it was not for this facility I would not be here. He is incredibly patient and actually cares about making sure you have the right care for you. My service dog and I have started to go here. I use to come to this facility a long time ago before I got my dog. I re visited this place and it has helped me so very much. He has saved my life so many times. Some times the wait times are longer than expected but that’s just drs offices every were you don’t know what emergency’s they might have to deal with before seeing you. Getting mental health help it’s not easy sometimes and you will be talking about uncomfortable things so you and family or whatever can heal.I don’t personally care about how non up to date the facially looks like we’re are not there for looks we are there for help.

I have been a patient of Dr. Klopper since September 2020. I have nothing but favorable remarks. Dr. Klopper, Arlene Kish, and Annie are the absolute best in the industry. Arlene listens very intently and She responds with clarity and compassion. Annie manages and multitasks the from office with such Grace and professionalism. When I need my patient records Annie always meets my need. Dr. Klopper's energy, compassion, and professionalism is the epitome of patient care. Dr. Klopper listens and He always speaks words of encouragement. I enjoy the interaction with Beth who checks me in and also provides copies of my medical records upon request. I haven't had much interaction with Katrina, but She's very personable. The entire staff are examples of how Health care and patient care should be. I would highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Klopper, Arlene, and the amazing staff really take care of you. We have been patients for over 20 years, and trust this staff with our mental health care. Highly recommend them, as they listen and address your concerns.

Our Family has used Atlanta Behavioral Care for 22 Years. Dr Klopper and his Chief Of Staff Arlene have always given us the best of care. They have earned this five star review. They bring compassion and a calming perspective to every appointment. I have read many reviews about Dr Klopper running late in keeping his appointments. I can say that when he is with you , you have his complete attention and he doesn’t move on until all the issues at hand are addressed. I find myself thanking both Dr Klopper and Arlene for their service to the community on just about every visit. Atlanta Behavioral Care is a quality health provider and I highly recommend them

Have been Dr kloppers patient for almost 5 years... If it wasn't for him I wouldn't even be going to this Dr office. Can't even get ahold of anyone, have been trying to see klopper for 3 months now and they have failed to call me back over and over. Most ridiculous situation I've ever been in, in my entire life. 3/10 do not recommend.

Doc is just a pill pusher when I had a couple of bipolar crashes. Led me to a crisis situation that could have been bad. Thankful I ended up at Willowbrooke with a much better team. Patient beware.

I don’t as originally looking for a better and in person psychiatrist but I was totally wrong about this place . I would give 0 stars if I could , I got put on a medication that just absolutely became toxic to my body , now while trying to get in touch with the practice , it’s like pulling teeth, you get sent straight to voicemail all the time even during there regular business hours , even when your lucky enough to get someone the phone and ask them to reach out to the doctor, you never hear anything back! Don’t recommend this! Proceed with caution.

This office is terrible. I have been going here for over two years and it has only gotten worse. They rarely answer the phone, never return phone calls or voicemails, fail to send prescriptions after completed appointments, and also do not call or answer the phone during SCHEDULED telehealth appointments. It takes me OVER a week to sort out any issue that may arise while under their care. Issues such as THEM missing scheduled appointments or failing to send prescribed medications to the pharmacy. It should not take 10+ phone calls and more than a week to correct mistakes such as this. I literally have to harass them for my already prescribed medication. If I could give no stars I would.
