Samson. Big ole Cane Corso! Loves Dr. Williams and ALL his staff (believe he loves the household cat up there too)!! Samson had the WORSE (two-year *) ear infection. After going to several vets across Georgia in this two years, FINALLY!! My neighbor referred me (and after I gave up) to her long-time vet, Dr. Williams. They board too! Highly recommend Animal Care Center!!

I'm a little disappointed as to the service I've received. Went to office to get info etc
Receptionist on phone going back n forth talking to them n me.
Told me the process...I emailed them my dogs records ....got a voicemail next day ...they would call me back Mon to schedule an appointment...so far I've not been called back.
My friend who wanted to start coming here as well also has not received a call.
I'm apprehensive now about using this office....didn't feel very welcomed the day I went there...n no one was in the office except me....n...now no phone response....disappointed n disheartening.....

I talked with Candace over the phone made a appointment with this place called 4 veteran hospital and decided on this animal care hospital. Candace was just so sweet and helpful. Answered all of our questions and we can't wait for our appointment.

I had the most pleasant experience here! It was my Jude’s first time and the staff was friendly, warm and very personable. I truly appreciate mom and pop small businesses versus big corporations…won’t say names. But these people here care more about my pet. Dr. Williams reassured me when I had concerns about his ears. I made the right decision having him as Jude Adonis's vet.

At his very 1st internship. @ the very 1st Dr.Wms Vet services in Edgewood Ave. N.E,ATL.Ga. he was employed. Rt out of school... In the late 70's...

I was a patron here for almost a decade and unfortunately I had to throw in the towel . I first loved it was black owned and I used to know the entire staff and tip them and talk all the time with the doctor … over the years the customer service has declined tremendously… I do not trust the staff any longer with my animals . They mistreated me and I did not feel valued after I have spent hundreds of thousands in one place .. one of the staff quite literally threatened to do me bodily harm in front of my infant and fiance .. I was crying and in distress over how my animals came home mangled .. the doctor did see them but I did not leave feeling my concerns were taken seriously .. I was treated like a nuisance instead of a customer or extended family … you frequent businesses to build trust and when it comes to our animals , they are our family and we trust our family with you .. to continue to pay a business that does not believe they have to cater to the emotions of their customers or the concerns of their customers is deeply saddening.. you expect people that work with animals to know these things …I never got phone calls returned or emails … I will never be back !

The doctor is Amazing. I showed up right at closing to say good bye to my baby and they still took care of me and gave me all the time I needed without any rush. Would definitely recommend, I’m so thankful for their help with her transition.

Dr. Williams and his team always take very good care of my dog when we visit. I have an 2 year old toy poodle that has been neutered, given his yearly shots and stayed overnight when he was not feeling well at Animal Care Center. I appreciate the care my baby receives in their hands.

Please do NOT send your fur baby here. My nephew was sent here and did not make it home!!??? The staff showed no remorse ?? i am heartbroken not one bit of remorse was given to my family??

Loved this place! I had to come with my 2 year old and my dog for booster shots, and I was honestly dreading trying to handle a dog and a curious child in a veterinarian office. The team was great! They warmly preoccupied my daughter with a sweet cat that my daughter adored. They were also very thorough with the examination of my dog and reasonably priced. I wish I would’ve found this office sooner, and I’ll definitely be back!

We've been coming here for years. we had been to many vets previously and this is by far our favorite. Dr Williams and his support staff are friendly and excellent all the way around. highly recommend!!!
