I purchased hair and was over charged sept 28, I have been waiting for a refund of $346.16 over three weeks I have been getting the run around no call backs when they said and still today as I type this review No Refund. I’m done this is ridiculous as a business. Will not return again after I get my money back

Best hair I've had in years. Noooooo shedding. I can't believe it. Finally I can get my car washed and they don't think I have a pet. My bathroom floor looks great too. I will buy again. Thanks!

The young lady stood behind the counter until I told her we were not knowledgeable about the hair. Please teach these young women customer service techniques. If you’re spending :$300-$500 please show some common customer courtesy

I have tried this hair twice, recently purchased three bundles. It has not been my favorite brand, and additionally the people helping you pick out hair in the store are not friendly. It definitely depends on the batch and their hair is too expensive to not get a quality bundle every time. Look at how many red streaks are in the hair prior. True virgin hair won’t have a lot. It’s not worth the money.

I've been buying hair from here for years. However, when I went last week the young lady who 1st attempted to assist me needed some more training. When the next young lady came in she was extremely helpful.

A friend recommend that I got to All Virgin Hair to purchase fine quality hair. I brought my sister along because she wanted to make a purchase too. We arrived at the store and rang the bell. We waited a few minutes and no one came to the door. I proceeded to ring the doorbell a few times and waited. No one came to the door. My sister called the store and I knocked on the door. No one came to the door and no one answered the phone. I was so disappointed. I wanted to make a 500.00 worth of purchase and so did my sister. We left the store to go to Chapel Beauty and we was able to make our purchase.

The hair is terrible. Thin, sheds a lot and tangles so bad! One week in and I'm going to throw it away. I'm shocked because I've had bundles for YEARS and this couldn't last a week. I got the Brazilian in 20/22/22 and it's so bad.

Lol baby girl let me tell youuuuuuuu. The camp creek location is straight. This one was not bad but when I tell you the hair lasted for less than 2 WEEKS. And this was supposed to be Brazilian. Sh** felt like kankelon. It's not giving. Beauty supply hair will do better.

This is the best hair I have had this far. They colored body wave hair is amazing.I have the color 4 /27 and it does not shed nor does it tangle.When I wash it the body wave curl comes into full effect. And when I want to straighten it it is super straight.No shedding, It's absolutely beautiful and I'm thoroughly pleased.

Beware Badd SYNTHETIC hair. I spent $600 on this horrible hair and sent an email with concerns the same weekend of purchase. The operator stated there were no refunds, but I could receive 20% off next purchase. NO never again will I give ALL VIRGIN HAIR A DIME OF MY MONEY. They need to be reported for this bad business they are doing. I reached out to Lavonda Wright several times to address my concerns. I have supported them from the time when they first started and have had a previous issue before where it was taken care of by the owner herself, now it just seems they have dropped the ball when comes to selling good authentic virgin hair and giving good customer service when they give bad products or bad service. This is just bad business.

I purchased 3 bundles from this establishment. I should’ve checked them thoroughly before purchasing because, when I got ready to dye the hair, I realized it had a burgundy tint to it - the hair had clearly been processed. As a result, it did not take the dye well AT ALL. Even though the hair didn’t match my leave out, I installed it anyway because I was traveling the next day. I COULD NOT WAIT to take the hair out (after 1 week). It didn’t shed much at all, but it tangled like crazy! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The reviews had me very nervous, but I was in a bind so I took a chance. I'll need to update my review after my install and after the hair has been in for some time, but I don't have any complaints about my purchasing experience. The store is clean, organized, and they're taking COVID precautions. I couldn't tell you the last time I bought bundles, but they appeared to have a good variety and the sales associate answered all my questions. She was also perfectly pleasant.
