Do not buy anything from this store. I bought 2 batteries and they are recycled junk. They don't hold a charge and perform terribly.

Good products, but when you need support they will ghost you.I've bought a number of items from them in the past and was happy with my products.My XTAR VC4S battery charger flaked out after a few months and I contacted them for help and a replacement. They asked for photos of the problem. I promptly sent them a video, and then I got no response from them even after multiple emails to them asking for help. I even left a voicemail.I have been totally ignored and I'm stuck with a 4 cell charger that can only do 1 cell at a time, or it will reset.

Ordered a battery charger Opus BT-C3100 Rev 2.2, and a Vapcell 26650 6200mAH battery. Both arrived within a week of the order, and both were as new. Testing verified operation of both items. Would definitely buy from them again.

On your website it's pretty easy to see you filter out un-favorable reviews on most items. This is a bad business practice. Every Item I look at is 5 stars only... Even for some items that are known to be subpar. I hope the FTC looks into this bad manners business practice in the future.

Contrary to other reviews and complaints posted here my experience with 18650BatteryStore was STELLAR. Was ***** of ordering from them online due to complaints listed here on BBB, but decided to take a chance on purchasing a specific top rated ***Ion battery charger the manufacturer had decided to stop making and was becoming scarce in the marketplace. The same charger was available on Amazon, but at almost twice the price. Hedged my bet by paying with PayPal so I would have some fallback options in the event the transaction went south. Placed the order on a Tuesday morning, elected for standard shipping, and monitored the progress. Received notification of shipment and tracking # later on Tuesday PM. Verified the shipping *** tracking # was good with shipping *** Continued to monitor progress. Verified the shipping *** received the package, estimated delivery date/time (Thursday AM) and transport progress throughout the next day. ******* received the order as was told around 10am on Thursday morning. At no time throughout the transaction was there ever any problem or issue. Communication was good and timely via email. Received emails re: account creation, that the order was received, order was shipped, order was out for delivery, and order was delivered. Will definitely consider ordering from this company again and have no problem recommending to family, friends, neighbors, and business associates.

This is the only place I purchase batteries from! Superior quality and obscene prices only scratch the surface of this store! Only matched by customer service is the online shopping experience made to inform, educate, and navigate the site so effortlessly that you feel like your Tony Stark in some futuristic suit made especially for ordering batteries online! Everyone is very positive and the only thing I can say negative about this place is opposite ends of the positive! Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!

Just purchased a golf cart Lithium battery kit. James, the store manager was fantastic. I was referred to them from a good friend of mine. Excellent communication. Answered all my questions. Very fast shipping. Very quality product. Will definitely do business with again.

If your order is perfect you might be ok. If its not you are shafted with this company. Sent 4 emails because a weak cell with my order. They dont answer emails, tried the chat box they answer that either so I thought I would try calling for help. They just put you on hold until you give up.Would never purchase from them again.

I don't know why the bad reviews. My order was shipped next day using 2 day priority shipping. My Eve 280AH batteries arrived very well packaged and perfectly balanced. James and Steven have been there every step of the way and have spent time to answer all my questions. They sent the wrong Roy Pow charger adapter, but Steven sent out the right one same day and I was up and running in 2 days!! I highly recommend these guys.
