I highly recommend Silver Creek pharmacy. They were so very professional, prompt and kind and really went the extra mile, several times, when my dad was seriously ill leading up to his death. Some weeks we were having to work with this stellar, cute little pharmacy every day.Several times my dad had to have medicine delivered quick, and they always pulled through. We never had to wait on any medicine when we picked it up, and they were always careful with his information and the security of his meds too.The prescriptions were always right, and they were careful to check with me when a potential allergic reaction might occur. (He had past reactions to other meds, so they warn me when I really needed to watch new ones.)I don't have anything negative to say about them what-so-ever! There were absolutely no downsides in using this Pharmacy -only the best service imaginable by professional, caring people.

This place is probably the most nicest pharmacy in all of Rome, Georgia. I called to ask about getting a prescription filled because everyone in Rome were out at the time. The lady was very professional and so very kind to me. I highly recommend them! You don't meet good people this day and time often. She earned the company a 5 stars and that's the least I could do is say how great she was to me at Silver Creek Pharmacy. Thank you!

It's a hit or miss with this place. One month, they get it right the next they get it wrong. I will say this about this place. When all these chain pharmacies can get my meds, Silver Creek can. I also wish they called when your script was ready, but I guess that is too big of an expense for an independent pharmacy.

I have been with Silver Creek Pharmacy 15yrs or longer, and they are very fast and the most home welcoming people there is. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

To those who care of logistics: SCP is conveniently located for the Lindale/Silver Creek area. It's not huge, but I like that. They've never not had anything I've needed,or been able to get it within a reasonable time, just like a chain pharmacy. I couldn't be more thankful for Ms. Lisa, Michelle, Joan, Mikayla, Angie, and the staff of SCP! Especially the gentleman who bring my prescriptions almost weekly since my condition keeps me from driving. A few weeks ago, I was out of my seizure meds, which I have to HAVE and deliveries had stopped, and it was a Friday. Mikayla, who lives in another state brought my meds to me! That's such a BIG deal! It's not just sweet, but humbling, lifesaving & most important, Christlike. SCP has been such a blessing and I pray the Lord blesses them most abundantly. Numbers 6:24-26[24]The LORD bless thee, and keep thee:[25]The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:[26]The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace. May the Lord bless y'all and your families have y'all have so unselfishly blessed ours!

It feels like Palmer's Drug store in Calhoun, GA, in the early 80's when the kindness of the staff made you want to sit a spell just to enjoy their company.Well, I reckon I would describe Silver Creek Pharmacy as a place that welcomes you in and wants you to return.Retro customer care that has incorporated modern technologies to efficiently as possible fill your prescriptions.MUCH LOVE AND MUCH RESPECT every single person that works there!

Love the people at this pharmacy! Very professional! They make you feel right at home! They’ve been so helpful to me while getting my parents medications transferred from another pharmacy and set up with them! 10/10 would recommend!

Wonderful place all the employees are great and very nice and polite and the pharmacist she is wonderful . A great place to get your prescriptions no place can beat them
