“I have only good things to say about the Service dept at this dealership. First, it was easy to call in and schedule an appointment (once I figured out the correct phone number). Friendly scheduler found a time that worked for me since I was coming from well out of town. My service advisor Tyler was very professional, friendly, and honest. He kept me updated while I waited. They have a fairly comfortable waiting area where you can bring your laptop to work, or just watch tv with coffee. Unlike another NW Georgia Nissan dealership, they did not send a salesperson to try to sell me a new vehicle while I waited, and that was much appreciated. They completed the inspection on my vehicle in a reasonable time. This will definitely be my Nissan dealership of choice going forward.”

“I’ve had to use r&j twice now on the same car! Lol. They’re extremely professional and do TOP NOTCH work. The first collision, someone had accidentally backed into my rear quarter panel I’ve included some before pictures. The picture of just that quarter panel is after! It’s like it never happened. The second collision happened on thanksgiving night, someone hit my car while it was parked in my driveway and did some considerable damage but they made sure it was fixed with quality parts, precision, and in a timely manner.
