“Shelby is a Godsend, I thought I left my tissue on the cart outside. She told me just come back to the service desk and she would take care of it. Great customer service is hard to find these days. It's the little things for me...I acknowledge great service (some people enjoy hearing about bad service more).”
“I’ve been to this shop a few times and have always been pleased with the service and the experience.
Recently, I brought my truck up there to have them look at the suspension because it was making some awful sounds.
They took it for a test drive and heard it too. They got under it and found the problem pretty quick. There was just something loose that needed to be tightened. They charged my like $20 and sent me on my way.
I’m admittedly not much of an auto guy when it comes to repairs. They could have easily made up some bs and charged me an arm and a leg and there’s a good chance I would have paid it. But they didn’t. They did me right. And I’ll definitely be back (hopefully not too soon though!)”

“This is the perfect place in Tyrone to get tires, get your oil changed, your car tuned up. The owner does all the work himself. A idiot ran my daughter out of the road on 74 hwy at the BP and she hit the curb and busted 3 of her tires and bent one of the wheels, she could have been killed. This person didn't even stop to help her, they didn't know if she was hurt or not. Carma will get them.”

However, Juan the manager of Discounters Tires is superb , professional, dedicated, and customer service driven as he holds the standards of Discounters Tires. Juan has won me and my family over in just who and what he represents.
Eric the front desk service advisor who was once a mechanic has joined the Dicounters Tires family. His entry, eagerness to build the trust of those long time devoted customers of Good Year in believing they will receive the same level of honesty, respect, customer service focused. “Working out of town, all the way from NW Ohio. Noticed at my job site I had a back tire low. Got done with the job and needed some air in my LR tire. Stopped by Mavis since it was right next to my hotel. Walked in and was greeted by Diamond, very professional and extremely hospitable young woman, behind the counter. Went to get some air in my tire, and found out the valve steam was bad. Diamond and her crew didn't blink an eye on helping me get back on the road so I can get to Statesboro to my next job. I would 100% recommend going in and talking to Diamond in getting all your car's needs and getting that true southern charm that is lacking in the Midwest where I am from!”

My brakes were done in a timely manner and Shawn , Jahrel & Marcus were a delight and continuously checked to see if I was okay or needed anything. “A big shout out to the manager front office and the tects, they did everything they could to help me with my Land Rover, the engine light came on and I didn't k ow what for. It was the fuel sensor, and they didn't have the part but found it at Land Rover for me. I went to get the part from them, and they bought my Land Rover, so I didn't have to worry about fixing the fuel sensor. But again, it sll starts with Patrick on the front desk. Great service for the community. As you can tell, I'm not from Senoia, but I live here now and would take all my cars to them for work”

Something that we thought was gonna take days and cost a lot of money wound up being quick and generally cost effective. Their work was greatly appreciated, especially due to the circumstances. There in a pretty good location, just off the highway and close to lots of other businesses.”
