Great customer service. Today I had to come back after having it detailed in their car detailing bay because there was still bug splatters all over my windshield. I come all the time and my favorite detailed Rodney wasn’t there. A young man named Carson went above and beyond to assist me by cleaning and detailing not just the windshield but the headlights and mirrors also. He did an excellent job and was very courteous. I come here all the time and people like Carson, Rodney and my bro with the long grey beard are why.

Had a s.all little issue but talked to the manager and it was quickly handled. The new manager is very eager to make people very happy much improvement from previous.

After entering the car wash, I asked the worker, who pre brushes before you enter the tunnel, to give it a good once over because my car had been sitting for 5 weeks. He happily said no problem and proceeded to pre-wash my entire car. Also told me if it wasn’t clean to come back around and he’d send me through again. After drying and vacuuming my car, I walked over to thank him and told him it was as clean as I’d hoped. Turns out, it’s the new owner. If you’ve been on the fence about a membership, give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.
PS: Say hi to Taurus when you visit. His smile lights up the space.

They do a great job with family bundles and decent monthly pricing. The only thing I wished is that the provided towels were actually dry.
