“Researched local storage facilities that had climate control but were also reasonably priced. Gatekeeper had a 50% off two months special which was a perfect time frame for me...plus proximity to our new home was perfect. Upon out of state arrival, it was easy to make contact with them so they could unlock our unit. Next time we stopped by, after our lock was on and it was paid up for two months, they had locked our unit down again. Not super happy and they had no explanation. Just hoping our stuff stays safe and accessible for the next 6 weeks!”

Even the after hours help was amazing...just a leave a voicemail and they are pretty prompt at getting back in touch with you. I didn't want to leave them..but never seemed to find anyone to help me move the things into it so I had the storage for months with only a Christmas tree in it so I decided to cancel it. “Visited yesterday and Ms. Alexis, the property manager helped us. We had not rented a storage unit before and she answered all our questions and more. Showed us the unit and was so wonderful to us. The unit was clean, cool, and dry and definitely climate controlled. This property has incredible security, fenced, wired and with a passcode gate to enter. The security is very well thought out and there are numerous fail safes in place. We were given a Thank You bag with our lock, keys, keychains, and the nicest promo pens I have ever seen. Ms. Alexis is superlative and made our day. Her customer service skills are the absolute best. We were very impressed.”
