Horrendous customer service. I ordered tires, and the tires came in. I made an appointment to have the tires installed. They called and rescheduled. I cooperated and re-scheduled. I showed up on time, and the Tire center was closed and abandoned. I asked for the email of the manager and emailed him my issue. I have never received a response. I called to get rescheduled, but the call center was unable to get ahold of anyone in the store. May the odds be ever in your favor when dealing with this store.

Ordered tires, got the email saying they arrived, called and made the appointment to have them installed, took off of work, drove an hour to get there and be told that the tires were not there. The worst part is that I wasn’t surprised. That’s the world we live in now. I went directly to customer service and canceled my membership.

Shelby is a Godsend, I thought I left my tissue on the cart outside. She told me just come back to the service desk and she would take care of it. Great customer service is hard to find these days. It's the little things for me...I acknowledge great service (some people enjoy hearing about bad service more).

Sam's Club is known for cheaper prices than Costco...well it's because their quantity of products are smaller. I like the fact that large items (like paper towels) are individually wrapped in one large packing, making it easier to store at home. Depending on a specific product for purchase, it may not be available. So you might have to visit Costco. Now after all the shopping and walking, a quick bite to eat at the cafe menu is always nice and cheap especially after you've spent over $500 Sam's or Costco is your choice, but either way you find what your looking for!

We heard about the $8 annual fee to join Sam's Club. We are BJ's club members as it is closer for us and we fill our LP tanks there. We decided that times are trying right now and this sounds like a great deal to check out Sam's. Glad we did. The service/membership area had a line but the staff were efficient and moved the line quickly. The staff that helped us there was super nice, efficient. Saw him again checking out, still smiling and friendly. The meat selection was great!! Checking out was easy and all staff there very friendly! Will definitely drive the extra distance and check it out again!!!

Great store with friendly employees. I really like the Scan and Go program where I can scan as I shop and not have any lines. Pizza is delicious and cheap!

They have great sales on tires. Be prepared to wait. Slow doesn't begin to describe it. Plenty of employees but they only have one speed. Been waiting two hours for one screw to be removed and the tire patched.

I purchased the largest Scott's 1-ply toilet paper sold and that was a huge mistake. First of all, at the time I selected it, I didn't notice that it was 1-ply. I have never bought 1-ply tissue and I didn't think a reputable retail store would even carry it. It is totally unusable because it is so thin. I am practically lost for words in trying to describe just how useless that toilet paper is. I'm sure you can imagine. Instead of returning it, I may donate it because I have so many rolls that I don't want to "waste." I'm sure some non-profit would be delighted to accept a bundle of toilet paper rolls, until their clients start complaining. In a way, I feel that if the toilet paper is so thin that I detest using it, then it is not ethical to even give it away. So, the next time I rake my backyard, I will more than likely just toss the rolls onto a pile of leaves and use it as fire starter. Practical solution.

I ordered groceries and after I pulled into parking lot and waited 45 minutes. I had to park and come into the store To get my groceries. They had over charged me so it took all another 30+ minutes. Limited staff only one person bringing groceries to the car. They are confused and need more staff trained
