The store is extremely clean, quiet, and has a superb professional environment. The two technicians have above and beyond customer service skills. They are not pushy on up sales and etc. Just good old get you in and out customer service.”

“If I could leave more stars I would. Dealing with Verizon can be challenging, frustrating and all over a pain. I have spent 4 days and over 12 hours trying to get a line transferred from one account to another and a new phone for that line. I have been given the run around told so many things and lies empty promises. Told the agents would call me back and they didn’t, told my account was upgraded to the new plan and wasn’t. So when I came in Britt took care of me. He got me set up the right way. Knew exactly what to do. Believed me when I told him I was promised something even though there was nothing he could do to fulfill the false promise he found a even better solution. If you want an honest patient person to help you with all your Verizon and phone needs Britt is your man. He deserves 10 stars in my book and need a huge raise. Thank you Britt for all you did for me.”
“Sometimes you have to venture away from your comfort zone and try a different location for what you think is an ordinary trip to the store I was in Newnan meeting a friend for dinner so I decided to go to the Target literally across the road. The location of this store is 25 miles away home but in Atlanta this is not out if the norm and well worth it. The store is neat and pleasant. Very quiet shopping is what I call it really. The one thing they so have here is an abundance of clearance. I don't know if this location gets sent clearance from other stores but it was a joy to keep turning corners and seeing those yellow tags. Your store associates are very helpful as well. I found everything I needed.”

“Our “Angel” while converting to T-Mobil is Danny M. He’s the T-Mobile supr at Costco in Sharpsburg, GA. Words are inadequate to express our gratitude for his exemplary professionalism, patience and helpfulness. He was/is over-the-top salesperson. He is an excellent representative of T-Mobile. Whatever his salary is, it cannot compensate him enough for all his “hand-holding” and understanding his older clients. He explained everything as many times as my husband and I had to ask him “one more time”. What a credit Danny is to your business. KEEP HIM!!”
