Shout out to Express Oil Change in Sharpsburg! I had my oil changed last week in Griffin and the oil cap was not tightened down. At some point during the 200 miles I've driven since then, the cap fell off!! Praise God, no damage was done. It could have been so much worse.
Tiffany at Express Oil found the cap inside my engine, replaced the oil, cleaned up all the oil under the hood, even topped off other fluids that were low (I wasn't made aware of that, either!) One of the guys (didn't get his name) went under to ensure nothing else was awry. Such great service!
I had discovered the issue while on the way to Sam's, made a detour, and they took care of everything fast enough for me to grab my pickup order on time. Go see them! I'm now a customer for life.

Extremely horrible service I had a hole in my tire and this was the closest tire shop upon pulling up a young lady with red hair two pom-poms Immediately walked up to the car and said “I hear something” I said yes I have a hole in my tire. She said we can’t fix that I’m not sure what the guidelines are at this location but on the website it in fact says the plug and patch tires it seemed like she just wanted a tire sale! She was very pushy and rude I explained I just need a simple fix due to me being low on money I’m a single mom and already struggling! I asked her if she can just put air so I can come to discount tire in peachtree city she said yes and in the mist of getting air she said why can’t you just put a spare on? Why does this even matter? Clearly she has no sense of customer service! Then she proceeded with your probably not gonna make it down there! I let her know it wasn’t hardly 6 minutes down the street I got here just fine and they was able to fix my tire considering it was most definitely within safe standards to fix instead of me having to buy a tire! I would never recommend this location l! Please be mindful of the employees you hire!
