After my initial visit, I have had to return 2 more times. Every time it is something new with hidden fees and costs me more money. All related to the same issues for the initial visit. Eventually spoke to the owner, who was rude and unprofessional and wouldn’t stand behind his work or try to make it right. He told us to go elsewhere. Went to another local company and they even guessed exactly where we had the bad experiences. Would NOT recommend!!!

I have always trusted Christain Brothers Sharpsburg with my auto repairs however this time I was completely disappointed. I have Auto Shield and I was told by the Christain Brothers Tech that the warranty company wanted them to use a used part. That made me suspicious, so I contacted the warranty company and they told me that they would never say that which I figured. Car Shield told Christain brothers they would ship the part (after market part) which was almost $300 less than the one Christain Brothers quoted. There was also a decrepency with the required labor hours. I told Christain brothers that I would be provided a rental from Car Shield so I was willing to wait to save the money. The Christain brother service rep told me “they couldn’t just keep my car in the bay taking up space to wait on a part”. So I was stuck with paying the difference. I will never get work done there again for this reason. I didn’t pick up the rental because I was told my car would be ready by the end of the day (day2) and never received a call or update on the status of my vehicle. That’s bad customer service. Car Shield paid over $7,000 for a new transmission and paid for a 7 day rental for me last year with no issues. My out of pocket was $300. I paid almost $600 out of pocket to Christain brothers for a job that was covered by warranty and the total price was a fraction of the cost of a transmission job ($7000+) at the dealer. I should have gone to the dealer. Never again will I trust “Christain”Brothers Automotive in Sharpsburg. I knew I had paid thousands of dollars for repairs in the past, however I was unaware of the hidden up charges which I should not have had to battle back and forth about. It was just ridiculous. Then she had the nerve to say at pick up, “your discount is on there” and I said “where? “ She looked at the receipt and responded with, “never-mind”. Just beware.

Never got work done here but I saw I had a flat tire and was running late for work. Pulled in and they immediately pumped my tire for me, no hesitation. Just helped me when I was in a bind without giving me any type of headache. Didn't make me buy anything or sign in. Was in and out, nice people.

Took my 20 year old van for an alignment. After their "courtesy inspection" $250 in parts from the laundry list of items that were listed and $100 for the alignment, the vehicle is pulling the opposite side as bad or worse.
After a follow-up with a gentleman named Phil, we brought the vehicle back for a second look. Phil was great, understood my problem, and got it resolved for me. What started out questionable ended well, and i will consider them in the future. Thanks again!

Had my car towed here a few minutes before closing. They started working on it first thing the next morning and had it ready to go by end of the business day. They kept me updated with texts and phone calls. Everyone who works there is so personable and professional. I will only bring my cars to Christian Brothers. Thank you.
