Calvin Roberson the associate at the Sharpsburg, Ga location at 133 Hwy 54/34 provided me with outstanding customer service! He went above and beyond to try to help me find an air filter for my engine. I am very loyal to Autozone anyway but I love great customer service like I got from Calvin he is an asset to this business.

I Went to Fairburn auto zone to check my battery and short dark skin man lied and told me my battery was perfectly fine when clearly the battery light was on TERRIBLE SERVICE. Came to Peachtree city and Angelica took perfect care of my car and replace the battery that was dead. Thanks again Angelica such a great help!

I love going to this location. Calvin is the sweetest and hardworking man in the place. He helped me test my battery and alternator while helping two other customers. That man knows what he is doing.

I encountered an experience today that has never transpired. My Ins. Co had to jump start my car & sent me to Autozone at Fisher Crossing. I had 2 Angels truly save me: Angelica Husten & Logan Markland. They went above and beyond to help me. I did not have to wait, they jumped right in and truly extended in all areas. I’m truly thankful and grateful! Thank you sincerely!

I don't even do reviews, but this is well deserved. I needed a special tool to install my front strut, but I'd have been cutting it REALLY close trying to get down there before they closed. I called ahead and they were there for me. When I got backed up in traffic and they gave me a courtesy call and reassured me, "Don't worry, we've got you." They kept the door and the register open for me despite the delay, and were super helpful, understanding, and accommodating. Awesome team to help you get any job done!

Such great customer service at this location. Brandon and Ty were so helpful to my husband when we broke down in the parking lot. They were knowledgeable and caring and did whatever they could to help. Great employees that deserve to be recognized.

Ordered parts that indicated available online to perform a repair on my daughter's jeep. I showed up 30 minutes past opening, and there was only one employee. 1 customer was there before I arrived, being helped/debating with the employee the part he needed. Another young man walks in, clearly in a rush, found some gloves and since the 1 employee had been at it with the 1st customer for 5 more minutes without acknowledging me or the other patron, the young man - heading to work put the gloves on the counter and walked out. I picked up the gloves, tore the label off, gave them to him, and took the label back inside to pay for them myself.Note the employee had not acknowledged me or the other customer, and about another 5 minutes goes by before the 1st gentlemen leaves with nothing. I get up to the counter, and give my web order #. He looks it up, and starts to searching the racks for parts. He explains they don't stock one of the parts, although online it said it was in stock at this location. He tells me he can have it by tomorrow, and when I told him he could just refund me and I would go somewhere else. He abruptly alerts me that's not how their site works, and even though you're giving card information it doesn't put anything on your card.Called Oreilly's less than a mile away, guy confirmed they had the parts and he would have them on the counter for me. 1 mile drive, card tap, on the road. Jeep was up and running in about another 30 minutes.

Brandon Deese was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I came in looking for a bulb for my brake lights. He actually changed them for me, plus showed me how to change it myself. Top notched service!

By far the best customer service that I have experienced with the company. This was my second visit and the store employee that goes by “L” provided outstanding service for me.I was at another store within the same company and had a horrible experience, so I won’t go back there, but this store clerk, took the initiative - repaired my negative prior experience; and assisted me in the best professional way that he knew would help me best.I now know why this location is at the top of the food chain. They all were lovely and they all were willing to offer me assistance. That is 5 star service. I will be visiting this location for future business.Thank you again.

I live in Newnan Ga and there is an AutoZone on Lower Fayetteville which is 2 minutes from where I live. I drive to Peachtree City which is an half hour away. I make that drive because of the customer service from Duane and Rob. Awesome people!! Very helpful and knowledgeable.
