Ericka is the best. I recently stopped through and had a ton of d*** questions lol but she helped me to understand and to clearly know what I was doing. I was able to send my mother her packages that she needed and they arrived in a timely manner. Ericka you rock. Every post office should have an Ericka.

OMG! I was having a horrible day and this young lady by the name of Ericka put the biggest smile on my face with her excellent customer service. She naturally turn my grown upside down. The service was prompt and I thought my package was lost and she took care of everything for me. This is my number one post office

I specifically wanted to shine light on Ms Ericka, she was so professional, and very patient. I had trouble with tracking a package and she went above and beyond to assure my package was in route.
