Love that this small town gem is still here. The staff is both helpful and kind, the store is always very clean and most importantly the service is outstanding! Unlike chain pharmacies, Senoia drug cares for their patients and I love that they support local small businesses!

I needed a prescription and was able to get a grant to help pay for it. Senioa drug company wouldn't fill it because they would loose too much money and wanted me to pay 800. In order to get it and would not accept the grant funds. So sad when you do everything you can to stay alive but because of profit you have to suffer.

My whole experience since they recently sold the company has been AWFUL. My whole family has switched to Publix Pharmacy with no issues there and a much friendlier atmosphere than Senoia Drug

I called Senoia Drug Company on Friday to verify a medication was in stock for my son. They had it in stock & the Dr. called in the prescription. Went to pick it up on Tuesday, and was told they had given it away, and now it's on back order. No phone call, no apology, the pharmacist just shrugged her shoulders. They will never get my business again.

Moved and had my prescriptions transfered from another pharmacy in Coweta on a Monday. Called to have them refilled. Went in a few days later to pick up. They hadn't even started the refill process. After 30 minutes, was told they could not fill a prescription I had gotten for 11 years because it was too expensive for them . My other prescription needed a prior authorization, which was not correct. Also, told me they could not fill my daughter's prescription. Transfered the prescriptions to publix in Senioa with no issues and had them filled within 20 minutes.

After many years of the most friendliest hometown drug store with Chad, Laura and Tina, who knew most of us by name, it seems the management has changed. No more “Hello” when you walk in, instead it’s unsmiling and unfriendly. Also, first time ever I’ve experienced this, after leaving my job to drop off then return later to pick up, after I got notification on the RX app that my prescriptions were ready and cost were my insurance copays, I get there and they tell me my insurance will not cover this manufacturer (I’ve never even seen my prescription in this form/manufacturer) and I will have to pay retail price for it, which was over FIVE TIMES my copay. And they looked at me like I was crazy to be perturbed at this revelation. I pay almost $2k/mo. For a BCBS PPO plan through my employer so I don’t HAVE to pay retail prices for prescriptions! Ludicrous! Funny, this NEVER happened when Chad and Lauren were there, not once. Definitely will be changing pharmacists if they can’t provide insured customers covered options, or improve their frosty customer service. The minimum they could have chosen to do is to actually call me and advise me that this is all they had, insurance denying it, and did I want them to refill it, instead of ambushing me with an absurd retail price at the register.

It’s nice to have a hometown pharmacy, but since the management has changed, the customer service has not been very good. My husband started sending his prescriptions elsewhere but I’m hoping it gets better so I don’t have to leave.

Since the change in management everything has gone downhill. Poor communication, no follow through. Definitely not the same caring pharmacist and staff.

The staff is friendly and patiently answers any questions I have. The free delivery service is unbeatable, especially when you have 4 kids! They have had trouble getting a couple of our prescriptions, but have quickly transferred our prescriptions over to another pharmacy anytime this has been a problem.

Had the medication in stock but wouldn't fill the prescription, because I was out of town and have not used them before. An odd attitude for a pharmacy in a metro ATL area.
