Beware that there is no service after the sale. We ordered a bedroom set which included a dresser and a mirror. Our sales person priced three different mirrors and we picked one of those. Unfortunately the mirrors that she priced were not recomended for the dresser that we bought and once delivered was way to short. You can see in the picture that it chops off my head when you look into the mirror. When I spoke to the owner about the situation, I was blamed and told to use common sense and measure the furniture. Why would you not expect your salesperson to recommend a mirror (which this manufacturer had)that was actually the recomended mirror for that dresser??? I was not only not refunded for the mirror, they never even helped me to order another mirror from the same grouping and she was very rude. This was a terrible customer service experience. If you go there, beware that they will not help you if something goes wrong. Read other reviews. I wish I had. I would recommend that you order from Hinson Galleries in Columbus, GA.

I ordered two Hancock and Moore sofas and received them ten months later.They are poorly made, all the cushions are uneven and the frame is skimpy.Hancock and Moore has reputation for high end furniture. What a disappointment. The manager/owner of Hollberg's is not for the customer, only for their money. She sided with H&M and refused to exchange or accept a return. She even gave me a lecture that I should be more responsible with my purchasing decisions. Buyer beware. The employees are extremely friendly and pleasant UNTIL something is wrong. Then, they don't know you.

We had a caring and attentive sales lady. She encouraged us to sit on chairs in a large room filled with lounge chairs and room ensembles, either regular sofas or lounge chair -type sofas, with one lounge chair on both ends and a regular size seat inbetween. Making full use of the sofa! Also, looked at a duel lounge chair love seat , one made together. Flexsteel won our hearts! Leather and upholstery are available.

We had planned to drop by from a mailer, but we got reminded of this company by seeing their delivery truck. We had visited many stores to look for a specific great room couch. We met Dianne and, within about 20 minutes we were swiping our credit card on a perfect, $5k sectional. Seriously comfortable and affordable, compared to what we had seen from the range.. Ashley to Ethan Allen. Dianne was very professional... Not pushy, but quickly made is feel like she cared about us, and our needs. A young woman ( maybe part of the owners family?) was extremely polite and professional, asking us, I once in awhile if we were " doing ok". We were. I think we surprised Diane that we conneseected with the 2nd sofa she showed us. Today is Friday and our delivery is tomorrow. I expect the delivery to be nothing short of our sales experience, so I decided to post this review tonight. We are thrilled with the sofa, very satisfied with the price.. And we feel really good that we supported a local store. This place is a TRUE furniture store with custom products and off the floor options. I expect this will not be our last purchase .....
