“The prices are generally fantastic, but watch any name brand items. Decent meat selection. Pretty nice produce depending on when you go. The produce is only delivered on Tuesdays. So weekends are hit and miss. Nice prices on wine and beer.”

“My review is for the deli. A sandwich tray was ordered online several days prior. It was scheduled for pickup at 9:30 a.m. I arrived about an hour early & was prepared to wait. However, when I arrived they brought it out almost immediately! The service there was superb - quick & friendly! The sandwiches were yummy, too!”

“I mean, it’s Walmart. They usually have what you’re looking for or something very similar that’ll work. The new style buggies and self checkout lanes are pretty good. I wish there was more counter space to set your items after you have bagged them up. Other than that, great store.”

“Today my aunt and I brought a 2 year old and 4 year old in to pick a “just because” gift (something I’ve never done but my aunt insisted on). While at the store we asked for a price check on a few items, while the employee was stocking shelves. She immediately helped us then returned to her work. After my kiddos had chosen a toy, we’re headed to the checkout down the party goods aisle. My 4 year old picked up a small snow globe which I immediately told him to put back down… before he had the chance to put it down, he dropped it accidentally and it shattered on the floor. I found the employee that had helped us earlier, I believe her name tag said Harmony, and asked her how I could clean it up and pay for the item. She came to our aisle and cleaned up the area and insisted that it was an honest mistake and we did not need to pay for the 3.50 broken globe. I was mortified that I had let this happen and wanted to crumble into a million pieces- apparently my four year old felt the same because at the register he asked me if the police were on the way to get him. As a mother who’s as frazzled in this situation, with a very sensitive child that genuinely did not mean harm to any store items, I could not have been more appreciative of Harmony. I would certainly come back to this store to shop for its amazing customer service (although they would probably prefer we shop elsewhere ha).”

“I went here yesterday hoping to get a sandwich on my quick lunch break. Normally there is a very long line but I was lucky there were only two people ahead of me. I ordered my sandwich and Tina made the best sandwich I have ever had at Publix. I could never eat the whole sandwich the first day and always have some leftover for the next day but it's usually soggy. I don't know what kind of magic Tina did but I ate the rest of my sandwich this morning and none of it was soggy shout out to Tina at Publix. Not only did she make a good sandwich but I had a few extra changes to the sandwich I had a few variations to and she never seemed annoyed with all changes, but instead asked if there was anything else I wanted. That was a first from any Publix I have visited. Normally they say we can't do that and I always have to get whatever they suggest but this time made me feel I will definitely go back to see Tina and get another sandwich made.”
“I teach around the area and recently saw a viral video on TikTok about the young lady working named Gabby, the video basically praised her on her exceptional customer service and I decided to stop in to see what everyone was raving about since I happen to pass by this location everyday and OMG! I did not let her know I saw the video and I don’t think she’s aware that this video is even circulating but from the time I stepped in to the time I left she made my experience nothing short of great. She holds great conversation, is very knowledgeable about product in the store, and is an all around sweet soul. Truly a breath of fresh air on what customer service is supposed to be about! Continue to be great and strive for those dreams as you talked about! I definitely see what everyone is raving about as she’s the talk around town and on TikTok ! :)”
“I switched from the CVS pharmacy across the street which was always a disorganized mess and have been really happy with that decision. The Publix Pharmacy staff are fast, efficient, and friendly. Even if I need to wait a few minutes, I can get a little grocery shopping done. Very convenient.”

“I know I used to post complaints about customers I had who were rude or mean to me sometimes when I bag and I definitely don't mean to bag slowly sometimes and I also don't mean to do it carelessly as well sometimes. some black lady at isle 19 this morning when I was doing the store sweep was being rude to me when all I was doing was complimenting her the clothes she was wearing and then I don't think I understood everything else she said to me but I do have a feeling she was cussing at me but if she really was, then she owes me a apology if I ever see her again next time! it was almost 9'o clock when the situation happened. I’ve filled many prescriptions with very short wait times. I’d be a grumpy cashier if I had to deal with some of the people leaving nasty comments. Give them a break.”
“My family and I love shopping at this Kroger! The employees are always friendly and help me, if needed. The prices are great and they started to sell more of a variety of items. The downfall is the way they now have everything set up and the availability of items. I enjoyed and understood the old layout of products much more than the current setup. It also seems like items aren't always in stock. We recently started using the delivery and pickup options at this location. We are pleased with the friendliness and promptness of the employees for this service.”

“I don’t know what’s going on with these reviews. I have been a long standing Walgreens customer, but things have gotten really bad for awhile and I tried Publix, but one of my meds was really expensive there. I price compared and Kroger was cheapest, so came here. My experience here today with pharmacist Windy and another lady at pick up were phenomenal compared to what I’ve gone through at other two pharmacies recently. And another gentleman behind counter said hello. I don’t even get greeted really at other pharmacies anymore. They were slammed, but she treated with me care and got my med in same day since I had been without them for some time due to the other pharmacy issues. I can’t say enough good things about how kind and wonderful she was and how good this experience was. Will be back.”

“The majority of the AmeriGas propane tanks were expired & not marked as certified according to standards required if you wanted to refill at a stand alone propane service area. I do appreciate how helpful & kind the cashier was. He appeared to be alone in the store and had a lot of customers but that didn't impair how efficiently he worked! Thank you!”
