Great owner/operator, love an honest owner who also does great work

Dropped off a part to be painted, simple enough rt? He even said no worries i can have this handled in about a week or two, he even showed me paint he had in the paint room he would use.
We agreed on a price at the time i dropped of the part. One month later i go by and check and he proceeds to tell me “money talks” , was this his attempt to get more money or what? He said he would have it done rt away, fast forward another month, still not completed, so i went and picked up the part and he had the great idea to tell me that he would set the part down and forget where it was.
If you need work handled professionally and on time, that he stated, best to go somewhere else.
I spoke with the shop that sent me there and they weren’t impressed and have said they won’t be sending anything over there any longer, not because of this single event but that he doesn’t return calls now.
Found a paint and body shop and they had it finished in three days, not that they aren’t busy, but as the owner stated, this is a simple job that can be done fast and easy. I told them what this guy wanted to charge, they honored the price.
Don’t recommend this place at all for paint work, they don’t honor what they stated for completion date.

If you want your car to sit in the shop for months on months and have the parts take an abnormal amount of time to get in, receive different information on the update of the car and not have everything properly put back together. Bring it here!!Service: Body & Trim
