I have to brag on this wonderful woman who works SOLO at this branch! About a month ago I put all my daughter's high school graduation announcements in the mailbox at this location. The woman who works there had taped it up to tell people not to put mail in there but I did not see the tape. Weeks later I wondered if my cards were ever mailed so I went back. She told me they had removed that box, that mail was not supposed to go in there. I thought she would just drop it there, as so many government workers do, but no. Ms. Whitney picked up her own cell phone, made some calls, got my number, and told me she would call me back when she found our announcements. An hour later, she FaceTimed me to ask if the letters she was holding were ours. Yes! They were! The person who removed the box had them in a bag sitting in a room and no one knew about them. Whitney found them and mailed them for me. She went the extra mile! So while I'm annoyed with USPS right now, and that worker in particular, Ms. Whitney who must be overwhelmed with all the work in that branch ran the extra mile for me and now my daughter's announcements have been delivered. Thank you Ms. Whitney!!!!

Small out of the way post office in Scottdale, GA. They are closed for lunch from 12-1pm. There's extra parking in the back. They have plenty of stamps.

Shoutout to the very nice lady that’s always here in this past year that I’ve been frequenting this post office. She has a great attitude and is proactive in making sure I’m using the most price-efficient shipping method. Not every USPS location has helpful staff (ahem, Buckhead) so I find it’s worth highlighting locations where there are.
I’ve shipped from pricey stuff from here too and never have an issue with it getting to its destination in one piece.

Worst experience ever!!! Mailed a package USPS from this location which never made it to the destination, and was eventually returned after over a month. The package had been opened and resealed by the time I received it back. I will NEVER use this location again.

attendant working on 9/14 was very rude to an older customer that had been waiting for 5+ minutes. she was mad that the customer rang they bell and banged on the glass with the sign showing “restroom” and berated him saying he should of just waited and not rang the bell. i walked out bc you don’t need to be rude to older customersalso there’s a massive hole in the ceiling leaking water into 3 trash cans

I mailed off 5 Mother’s Day cards off at this location this Mother’s Day 2023. None of my cards made it to their destination. I repeat None of them made it. One card had a check for a bill never made it. Had to stop payment on it along with the fees. I will not be going back to this location. Someone there is a thief opening up people’s’ mail. This needs to be made known to the public!!!!

Beware of this post office. I usually go to Clarkston post office, because I trust them with my mail and have never had an issue. Well, since the line was out the door at the Clarkston location the three times I went by, I decided to stop at this location, because it is on the way to the Farmer's Market and I was going there after my mail drop off. At this location the line was short, 3 people ahead of me. I purchased some stamps for my 2 birthday cards that I was sending to my sickly mom out of state. The smaller card from my 5 year old son made it. My card with funds in it never made it. Mind you, they were handed to the clerk and sent at the sametime.Personally,I think it was stolen by someone. Some might say ppl should not send funds these days because there are other ways to send it . But I have never had a problem sending or receiving the ole' fashion way. If it was stolen, God sees all and karma is real. I will stick to my Clarkston location no matter how long the line is next time.

I had a great experience here with the woman behind the counter. She helped my fiance and I get the right stamps for our wedding invites and she was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.
