“My Minicooper never bothered me for many years until recently the check engine light was on. I went to our local shop where I usually do my oil change and was told they didn't have a certified technician to do German cars and was recommended to dealer to check it. Fortunately, my friend recommended to Ming's auto service. When I got there the owner Vincent used his special machine to try to find why the light was on and luckily, he found it. He immediately ordered the part for me and asked me to come on next day. My car was fixed on next day without any problem. He is very knowledgeable and explained the detail to me why the engine light was on. He didn't charge me diagnosis fee and the price for fixing the issue is very reasonable. “I moved to Atlanta a couple of months ago and was nervous to look for a mechanic when my front tires started making a high-pitched metallic grinding noise. I googled "mom and pop mechanics Atlanta" and D.O.G. Automotive was towards the top of the list that appeared and they had great reviews. I called, left a voicemail, and they returned my call within an hour or so. Due to the issue (needed new brake pads) Blandon offered to squeeze me into the busy schedule. When I arrived he explained everything to me from the process of what he would be doing, to the pricing; the turnaround time was quick, to boot. “John and his team were so helpful and went above and beyond a routine maintenance appointment for my Volvo. I was able to get an appointment online fairly quickly (like 2 days out), and I also requested quotes on a few things that needed to be repaired.For the minor things that were semi-quick fixes, they kindly fixed them at no charge. John said he didn’t want to charge for the easy-to-fix things (cosmetic things that just needed to be carefully popped back in). “Josae was great he responded to my call and set up the appointment within an hour and a half. He even offered me to bring my own parts to save some money. I let him choose the parts because his price was very reasonable half of what some mechanics wanted for front brakes and rotors $337 total. “I woke up with a vehicle emergency (my battery light kept flashing and it was slowly loosing power). After a quick google search I found Almost Auto Service. After reading their reviews I decidedto call and see when I could bring in myvehicle. I was so relieved when I was told Icould bring it in the same day. “I've been going to this shop for years, but feel compelled to write this review. I own a 2000 Toyota Camry with 163k miles on it. Anytime my car needs a service, this is the only place I take my car to. Whenever I go here, I never had any problems with customer service and how they service my car. “Did a Google search, found this place and the reviews were good. Decided to give it a try. Needed to know what was wrong with my vehicle, and if worth fixing. This company looked over my vehicle at no charge and gave an honest assessment of what was going on. Samantha was great, greeted me kindly and explained how things work around there. After all was said and done, it wasn't worth my while to get my vehicle fixed. Money saved and very grateful. Services were not used beyond this point. Overall, pleased. When service is needed. “I've never had a better experience at a auto repair shop. First time I visited because my change oil light was on even though it wasn't time for an oil change. Danny fixed that for me and refused payment. Second time I went for an oil change, he changed the oil, but told me he was unable to remove the filter without breaking it. Previous shop had screwed it on too tight. Told me to go back there because if they broke the filter during removal, they'll have to give me a new one free. Danny refused to charge me again. (The previous shop did end having to break the filter.)”

“Have been coming here for years, always pleased with service. Great response time from from desk, repairs approvals sent via text - super convenient. Recently my 80 y/o parents' car died on their way to our house - they live over an hour away. They were able to 'limp' the car down to DA, who scrambled to help us out and inspected it same-day. They (honestly) said the repair was going to be very serious, and parents should get to a dealer ASAP. We did, and after dealer made full engine replacement, my parents took car back to DA for them to review dealer's work - DA found mounting bolts *missing*. Car went back to dealer on their recommendation, and sure enough, they were right. The peace of mind we had, knowing Joe and team were doing their best to help each step of the way was priceless. The work they've done on our other cars has been great, too. Cannot recommend highly enough, just for the straight-dealing alone.”
